I really enjoyed adding this probiotic to my daily routine. I would take one every morning after I dropped my 3 kids off at school and ate breakfast. I immediately would go workout as usual after taking the probiotic. My favorite part was not only adding to my gut health in a positive way but TruBiotics didn't upset my stomach ever and were gentle on my system. Doing something good for my overall health and not feeling any negative side affects is a win for me!
I have tried other probiotics in the past and this one is the best so far. It works very well to just keep me regular. Everything in my gut and digestive area just feels so much better. I don't have anymore constipation or bloating, gas or stomach cramps. It's just great and easy to take. Just make sure to drink plenty of water along with it. I received a free sample to review. I've tried various probiotic supplements without noticeable results, so I was excited to try something new. Initially upon taking this I had some bloating and gas, but I increased the amount of water I drank and all symptoms resolved. I've been taking it everyday for almost 3 months and have not had any stomach discomfort. I like the idea of supporting my immune system with this as well. Price is alot cheaper than some other brands as well. I would certainly recommend trying this product.

Maybe taking them for a longer time the results might be different. Within 3 weeks of taking them I decided I had to stop. I felt bloated and my bowl movements went to every other day and hard stools. This product was the only new thing I was doing so I stopped. Maybe it was just me who knows.
