I occasionally get heartburn and tums is the only thing that helps. The peppermint flavor is the best because it's soothing and refreshing. Be honest... when you have heartburn you don't want fruit smoothie tums, you want the cooling effect of peppermint. It gets the job done and doesn't taste horrible. I would recommend this product.
When I was pregnant, my heartburn was absolutely intolerable. It was probably my worst and longest lasting symptom. Anything I would eat and even just the scent of certain foods would give me heartburn. It would even make me vomit. The minty tums were the only thing that would help! As soon as I took one I instantly felt relief. The fruity tums would sometimes make it worse! These minty ones are where it's at.
Buy 10 bottles when your pregnant. These are the best way to get rid of heartburn safely. I used them daily when pregnant and now I have lots of leftovers that I pass on to all my pregnant friends! Taste isn't great but it worth the taste because of the relief.
Toms are very good for your you know issues and I've actually used to since I was a little they're not that expensive and you know they have a lot of flavors so you're not stuck with one eye we always used to get you know like the fruit flavored ones
I don't often have heartburn however sometimes after a run and then eating something acidic can cause irritation so I will usually have one-two of the peppermint flavor Tums. They don't taste as chalky as the others and they usually relieve the heartburn without a few minutes, they work great!
My fiancé swears by Tums. I prefer Gavascon because it is more effective and faster acting. But occasionally, my fiancé is the only one that is prepared and he has Tums on him. They do help quell my heartburn (on the rare occasion that I get heartburn), but I only gave them four stars because I think Gavascon works even better than Tums.
I love the peppermint flavor because i hate eating and chewing fake fruity flavors of things. This is the perfect combination because i can get the nice breath and i can get the relief i need and keep on going throughout my day. I keep these in my purse all the time
I found this Tums product to be very good. I enjoyed these much more then the fruit flavored ones. They really do help with heartburn and indigestion. I've started to reach more for the Tums product more over my usual brand. So two thumbs up from me. You should check them out.
Took these when I was pregnant to help with heartburn. They did help but I hate the texture. They are safe during pregnancy and other antacids aren't so they are a win in that category. I'd recommend them as a remedy for pregnancy heartburn, but they weren't a miracle cure.
I'm not really big on chewable anything and it's been quite some time since I've used these because my diet has prevented a lot of the heartburn I used to deal with but I always preferred the mint flavor over the fruity ones because it tasted less powdery to me and more just like a mint!
