Why haven't you bought these headphones yet? Quality of construction 8/10 The earmuffs are a high quality dense foam that will not be wearing out soon. The mic is a flexible, fully contorting and tough rubberized construction. The headband is thick and wide. However, i can see the swivel points for the earpieces being a point of weakness somewhere down the line. Sound quality 7/10 It won't blow you away. That said, it is richer and deeper than any headphones i have ever owned, and goes louder than i need, if i want it to. This is a good thing. Looks 10/10 These are way more beautiful than the picture suggests. High gloss enamel finish, wealthy looking. Price 9/10 50 bones for this set is a bargain, i assure you. You will not be disappointed.
great headphones!! my friends have them for their Xbox and PS3 and when i got these i was amazed at the sound!
Got the headset for my kids. This is what they think: Keeps out all other sounds. Good fit and weight. Good sound quality.
I've owned this for a month and so far everything is good. The sound is great and the microphone sounds good. I have had no problems so far.
its a good headset to use with PC and xbox live but you have to buy the turtle beach talkback cable and when you plug in the cable to the xbox controller you can talk but you can only hear them from the tv and not headset unless you plug in your headset to the xbox with some adapters
Like another reviewer, I've had this headset for less than a month and the plastic swivel connecting an ear cup to the headband broke. For an item of this price, such poor construction is completely unacceptable. Don't waste your money.
I bought these for my son and within 17 days, the earpiece snapped and was hanging by the wires. Exchanged them for a brand new pair and within 4 weeks, the same thing happened again. Thankfully I had bought them online for the sale price and am planning on getting a refund, but if I had paid full retail of $80 and couldn't get a refund, I would be very upset. needless to say, we'll be searching for another brand altogether. If you do buy them, be sure to save your receipt in case the same thing happens to you.
Poor quality headset. The sound isn't loud at all and these are made to cheap. I dropped mine once on carpet floor and the swivel piece broke. For the price it isn't worth it.
I bought this Headset a few weeks ago, Anyways today the headband near one of the ear cups snapped completely in half when i was taking my headset off. They were amazing while before they broke super high quality sound through the speakers, and my friends say it was a really nice mic. But unless you want to loose 80$ out of your pocket DON'T buy these, very poor plastic used in the headband and won't last you more then a few weeks with GREAT care on them, Mine don't even have a scratch on them.
I've had these for a little over a year an just 45 minutes ago my left speaker snapped off of the swivel. I liked the headset but the design is terrible and now that I can see it I'm surprised the dang speaker(s) didn't snap off a week after I bought it. Good thing i bought the extended warranty I mail these in and get a Walmart gift card to buy a replacement. I'm going with a different brand/better design.
