I am not a paid reviewer. I was super freaking sketched about the idea of using this service based on the reviews I was reading of being not hearing back from them. But I got the email 1 to 2 days after purchasing the service. It was beyond easy through the whole process I got a booking are you scheduled for me that time did not work for me so I just was able to go back in and reschedule on my time I got a beyond wonderful person to come install. The one thing I will say is sometimes they get different times to be at your place so I would recommend being at home an hour before my guy (mark) ended up showing up before it was even the time that I picked 11 but he was super understanding, called me. I told him my situation, how I was like 10 minutes away, and he waited for me and the whole process up and setting it up was easy he made it look so easy. So anyone thinking about purchasing please ignore the negative reviews because that's what almost stopped me from doing this myself
Our installer was Jonathan. He went right to work, neatly packing away the shipping packaging as he worked. He had no trouble and did an excellent job!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Zane was absolutely phenomenal! He mounted the TV with ease, helped me with my sound system, and even told me about things that would help with the cords, so we have an appointment next week to do just that.
The person that was sent from handy which his name is Gerson was great and beyond professional. He took his time mounting my tv and making sure that everything was right.
I was not told that I needed to buy an in wall concealment kit. So I ended up with just getting a regular mounting, but I paid for an in wall concealment.
didn't show up for the 1st appointment, then was promised a gift card by Handy customer service to reschedule, which I did. service tech seemed inexperienced and unsure, tv tilting forward after installation, tech said he couldn't fix that....plus tv isn't working now, possibly due to back panel separation? and no gift card was ever sent. 0 stars
The mount was so poorly installed the first time I used the 360 mount function it came out of the wall and the tv fell on me. Because it didn't happen within 30 days of purchase they essentially told me to buzz off. Dangerous, incompetent and extremely unprofessional.
As I'm pulling my tv out everything just comes out including my tv. I swear if my tv would've fell on my kids there would've been a big case. This is unbelievable. The worst ever. I thought everything was okay but I believe the person that installed it didn't know how to really install and wasn't sure. He also charged me more money because he needed “more tools” . Insane. Future reference for myself I rather pay way more money for better service
If I could give no stars I would have! Tech canceled apt 1 hour prior to installation time, service was rescheduled multiple days and in the end had to cancel my i with Angis and find another technician to come and perform the service at triple the cost. Angi customer service wasn't very helpful and when i asked for refund they explained they could only refund partial amount and i had to contact Walmart for full refund. TV still in Box
TV was hung crooked-asked technician about it and he tried to convince me it was straight with a mini level. He left a small wire device he said we could adjust it with.
