I have been taking this product for years for some magnesium and also to help with proper elimination (one with breakfast). Swanson's offers a good price on a good product.
I have been buying these for several yrs now and love them. They do the trick for me, helping me breath better.
I am so very happy because my granddaughter told me about Twinlab Magnesium 400 mg. I bought my first bottle else where, then she told me about Swanson's order by Internet. I looked it up on the computer and then ordered a catalog. I will never be without this particular product again. I tryed one from the discount store, but I got no results at all. The Twinlab Magnesium worked perfect from day one.
The benefits to the human body of magnesium are well noted and therefore my entire family takes this daily as it is beneficial to all ages.

this product is easy to take but contains magnesium oxide not citrate
dont know why that had to start putting chemicals in their vitamins. i cant take this anymore.
