It has only been a couple of days since this item has been used, but so far, it has been working great! No complaints here!
Bought these for my husband, son, son-in-law, and one for our gift exchange! Everyone went nuts over them! They were a big hit! Easy to use, but took some time to get the phone centered right! They really do work great! Funny story here; my daughter in law was watching a scary movie trailer on them, while I was sitting next to her, holding her baby(putting him to sleep). Well, she turned and looked in my direction and screamed bloody murder! Scared the you know what out of me and the baby, who started screaming and crying! That's how good these glasses are!
My son loves this. I got it for his birthday. It is made of good quality. I will be buying another one for his cousin.

Everyone on here is bashing this VR headset like its such a huge disappointment. Its a $10 VR headset. You cant honestly expect to get the quality like you would get out of a Samsung Gear VR or higher quality VR headset. I bought theses for the kids. They LOVE them. No remote. Very basic. But still easy enough to use. I would recommend this product for someone looking for a gift for a kid or teenage wanting a VR headset. For $10 you really cant beat it. And if they break it, and they WILL break it eventually, just like they do everything else, its not a big deal.
My 6S Apple iPhone fits fine in the unit. I have had zero issues with the door coming open. I'm thinking that the people that are complaining about the door coming open may not have the headphone cord out of the way completely. This headset comes with a cord that plugs into your phone IF you want to use the included earbuds. It sits in it's own recessed slot when not in use. I didn't care for the sound quality of the earbuds so for now I have opted to just use my phones speaker. Unfortunately the makers did not leave a wide enough gap so I could use my favorite headphones and close the door that holds the phone. I'm just going to buy an adapter for that. The other problem I had with the earbuds is you have to pull them completely out to lock them into place. Otherwise they want to retract and pull out of your ears. The top head strap is too short which is why it doesn't fit well. The easiest fix for that is to just modify it. I've opted to cut it and add a strip of fabric to extend the length of the band without losing the strech ability or being able to adjust it still. When in use, be sure to line up the line down the center of the phone screen to the line on the resting plate. Otherwise you'll get slightly out of focus viewing and a slight headache. I watched an IMAX movie about undersea life and it was BEAUTIFUL. The fish and plants really were a true reality experience. Be sure to adjust your phones screen brightness for optimum viewing pleasure. One thing I've always hated about 3D was the off colors from the lenses of the glasses used. Not with this. You get full vibrant color and a full 3D type experience. There is a magnetic metal ring on the side that can be slid up and down. I haven't had a need to use it yet but based on the videos I've seen about this VR unit, I believe that is for gaming purposes. The instructions are very basic for the unit but plenty of "review" type videos can be found online that tell you what does what. All in all.....for $10.00 it was well worth the price. Yeah there are a few cons but nothing that can't be fixed or worked around without a little imagination and effort. I love it.
I purchased this item as a Christmas present for my husband and son and although I have not had an occasion to use them yet, I'm very pleased at the expediency of the walmart.com/pick up at store option. Your new pickup procedures as so quick and easy on both the Walmart employee and the consumer.
I purchased this as a gift for my granddaughter , I bought online and picked up at the store. It was not brand new in box ...looked like it was a return .. I didn't notice til I got home unfortunately. Not happy!
I had 2 others at home and this one Doesn't have good viewing quality so I took it back . The best one I have I bought at Walgreens
Have tried 3 different brands , these were the worst fit. Will not fit to stay on head. Just falls off me and my 2 sons ages 6 and 10. Returning asap
