A really great heavy bag for beginners!

This is an amazing punching bag! Me and a buddy of mine have always enjoyed using these sorts of items for our cardio workouts and well as just for blowing off steam and this product delivers. I suppose it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that the UFC brand is reliable! I will break this review down into categories for readability sake. Style - This thing looks and feels amazing! I particularly like the coating of the bag as it feels less "sticky" than some of the bags I have used in the past and is very stylish indeed. The red and black color scheme it sports if very easy on the eyes. Production - Excellent! The bag has a nice heft and a responsive feel on contact. I would recommend getting some gloves (but that is just a common safety suggestion). Also, it is important to note that the bag does not come with a stand, so one would have to either get their own mount or stand, but the chain that is included is very solid. 5 out of 5 - Overall, this is a great starting bag for anyone looking to practice some cardio or get into the MMA striking vibe. Very well made and nice to look at.
