My daughter is so happy we've found a way to get her ultimate game cards almost immediately. I received the PIN number in an email 20 minutes after I made my purchase.
The ultimategamercard is a good safe way to get ingame currency without risking your bank card to put it simply, could be slightly quicker with the e-mail lol but other than that its good. i use the Card for W.O.T ( world of tanks) to get Gold to buy in game tanks or parts. If you do plan on getting it for someone make sure their game is on the list of games UGC supports (www.ulitmategamercard.com) that way you dont waste money on somthing they cant use. Also Make sure they have a playspan account as well so the extra points on the card can be saved and used for later.
the only con is that it is a set amount instead of loading how much you want to spend on the card i.e. 45 dollars it only come sin 10 and 20 dollar amounts.
E-mail delivery is the only complaint I had with it because I cannot use it until my payment went thru my bank account, I waited about 4 days to use it. I bought it on 04/09 and instantly I got a confirmation e-mail to use it but and I could not until 04/13. So I prefer to buy it in strore to use quickly. Other than that, it is great card.
I read reviews on various giftcards (Ultimate Game Card, Walmart, iTunes, etc.) that orders generally come within 10 - 15 minutes. Therefore, I decided to buy this card, albeit around 11:40ish-pm. However, based on my experience, the arrival depends on the time you order it. I found out that the 'open 24 hours' rule doesn't apply to online shopping, which is just a tad bit disappointing since many people like to online shop these days (no matter the time). In regards to the product (e-MAIL DELIVERY only) itself: the e-mail confirming the order comes within a minute, and it states what to expect when you get the pin. The instructions are very straight-forward: you receive the pin in your e-mail within a day (at least), and you apply it, as credit, to whatever game. The range of games it includes is vast, so definitely check the official website to see what it can be applied to before purchasing. Star rating: I would put it at 4.5/5 if I could, but seeing as how you can't use halves, I went with 4. The reasoning is based off what was said above: for a chain store that boasts its ability to stay open for 24 hours, things as simple as pins should apply as well (in my opinion). Overall, it's a very good and convenient card to use when you don't want to go in-stores. I would definitely purchase it again. If you're in a hurry, buy it earlier in the day. Otherwise, don't expect it to arrive immediately if you're a late-night shopper.
I loved that this card covered so many different games that my gamers' love to play. One card for each and they were all happy. I didn't have to sneak and find out which particular games were the "Game of the moment". The only thing I didn't care for is not being able to send the card to their email addresses. I had to load the card codes from my email and that was convoluted and time consuming.
Took 3 days to process my debit card, pcgamessupply do it in 5 min!
I have received these cards as gifts for my son who plays Rumble Fighter online. I was dismayed at first because they deduct a service charge for using these so while you think you are getting $20 worth of purchasing power, they deduct their fee and you get less. I was willing to let that slide until the last set of 3 gift cards we received. I scratched off the code and entered it in and was told it had already been redeemed!!! I wrote to the company and they asked for the codes on the other cards. I scratched them off and sent them. They told me they had already been redeemed as well!!! Now how can this be when I had JUST scratched off the code? They then told me they could not assist me unless I provided them with the receipt for card purchase. Well it was a gift from Christmas and it had been a few months so of course we did not have the receipt. They would not do anything further. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY FOLKS! You are better of getting your gamer a VISA gift card.
I tried to order this five times and all five times I got an error. Walmart will not let me purchase this product. Being not able to purchase the product is secondary. I'm mostly upset that I had to repeat the purchasing process five times and got nothing out of it. Seriously? Overall, I would NOT recommend purchasing this product SPECIFICALLY from Walmart. But if you can get your hands on one, it's a pretty convenient item for gamers.
If your getting a card for a time sensitive boost in a competitive game go thru walmart. if you don't mind waiting 2 days for the code then go for it. most sites give you the code instantly walmart takes up to 3 days ;/
