I got a couple of these for ham radio use in different vehicles. It works pretty well and for the price you can't beat it.
I mounted this speaker to the roll bar of my Jeep. It was super easy and provides the extra sound I needed for my CB. Great item and for the price you can't beat it. This speaker is smaller than what is posted on the product description (it only measures about 3" X 3") but still puts out plenty of sound for my needs.
Fits just about anywhere and works fine considering price... Perfect if you just need a little extra sound.
I bought this speaker based on the description given by Walmart. The dimensions according to the site were 5.5 by 5.5 by 3 inches. The actual dimensions are much less. 3 3/8 by 3 1/4 by 2 1/4 inches. So the size of speaker is not ,say 4.5 inches actual but 2 3/4 inches actual. I am disappointed because the smaller speaker has a "smaller" sound. I am using this speaker on a toy train layout where a bigger not smaller speaker was my need.
Awful !!!!!!!!! Very-Very poor sound !!!!!!!!!
