[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful sleep aid. Works before bedtime and helps to get a nice, restful sleep without waking up during the night. Unisom does not make you drowsy or lethargic the next morning and is Definitely worth trying! :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to test Unisom Sleep Gels for my honest opinion. And the only thing I can think to tell you all is that after taking Unisom, I experienced the best night of sleep I have had since 2003. When I stay my mind was so completely at rest and I sleep peacefully for the whole night. When I say the whole night I mean from 8:30 p.m. until 4 a.m. on a work night without feeling sleepy upon waking. Thank you for the opportunity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Unisom SleepGels are my go-to, after being recommended by my doctor. The gels are easy to swallow and work quickly. Occasionally I struggle to fall asleep and these help me fall asleep and stay asleep all night. The best part is that they don't leave me groggy in the morning!

My body sometimes takes awhile to fall asleep due to over stimulation from using technology too close to bed. The tablets were easy to take and didn't leave me with any negative side effects.

Unfortunately for me, they do not always help me STAY asleep. I would still recommend them and purchase them again, as I often have trouble falling asleep!

I feel asleep easily which is uncommon for me, and I slept the first 2 nights. I am still taking them but I am finding it harder to fall asleep as it was before I started taking them. I also don't stay asleep I am waking up 3-4 a night. It makes it harder to get up in the mornings because I still feel restless.
