Excellent all around, I drove from Minnesota to the Florida Keys and only lost internet in the Alabama area, where my phone had no service either. This Unite gave me 5 full bars constantly and I did remote support jobs while my brother drove the truck, so I worked without issues, just what I wanted with this. A+++!
Before ATT/Netgear pushed out the Dec 13th firmware update, it had several ciritcal issues. For example, the display did not accurately display remaining data or plan days, data use never reset monthly etc... All of that seems to be fixed with the recent update. There are stillsome bugs and I hope that Netgear continues to address them because: This thing is great. The speed it delivers is fast, the battery life is great, the interface is top notch and the feature set is near perfect. The Unite Pro provides you the ability to change settings on the device so easily. If you want to extend the range, for example, it is only a couple of options away on screen. Similarly, you can set display options, quickly change security options etc... I don't think ive seen a mobile hotspot this legit. Please, Att and Netgear, keep the updates coming even if they are just to make things smoother.
I love this hot spot. I use it at my lake home and if I want to take my lap top or tablet to the pier, I just grab my hot spot and off I go. Much better than the slow internet service that I previously had through another provider.

I really like this product. It was super easy to learn to use. It's perfect for when I travel and don't want to share my info over airport wifi, etc. I would caution however, 1GB doesn't go very far so you may want to get a larger amount of time for your device.
This device is outstanding. The ease/user friendly and capabilities will certainly put a smile on your face. It is without a doubt one of the best technology purchases I have made
the only problem with this unit is the sensitivity of the on-off button. The slightest pressure will turn the unit on, and, with the cost of the data, it should be designed differently. Maybe it's just my unit, is anyone else having this particular problem?
The device works well most of the time but ATT has lously plans to go along with the device . Not enough data and way too expensive .

I have this unit at my lake place, ATT replaced the initial unit when it failed. Both that unit and this need to be restarted on a regular basis, acts like a firmware problem.
