I love this stroller and car seat ... I bought this product it was easy to put up. The color is bright teal which is one of my favorite colors . But the stroller does so much the different ways you can stroll your little one is awesome! And for the price this is a product that you must get!!
I am a first time mom and was gifted this travel system. I read many many bad reviews about a certain lock defect in the front wheels, and some saying the cup holder won't stop spinning. After setting up this stroller and keeping in mind of the reviews, I'm not too sure what all the fuss is about. The front wheels have the ability to lock into place. this is controlled by a light grey piece right above each wheel that you can push in and out. When you push it facing back, it goes into lock mode which explains why when you try to turn the stroller it keeps locking back back up. If you push then out, it lets the stroller rotate freely without locking. As for the cup holder it's a little hard to snap in, but it does in fact lock into place if you press down hard enough. Over all it's a very nice, sturdy, slick travel system they has great features that is easy to assemble and adjust in whatever position you prefer.
This is my second stroller, because my first stroller was Evenflo and it broke the first day. So sad! Urbini stroller works very well. Love this color for my baby boy. He loves his bassinet with its big canopy and the price very affordable. Urbini was my best option.
I really like this stroller and car seat, I was really surprised how nicely made they are and how sturdy they are.The company really put some thought into making a stroller and car seat that looks great but very practical. The car seat is very cushioned and seems like it would be very comfortable for the baby. I like that it comes with a removable newborn head cushion. The color teal is very bright. The material used on the stroller and car seat is very nice and it can be easily wiped off but it is not machine washable. I like that the car seat adjusts for four different heights up to 32" tall and 4-35 pounds. I also like that the car seat has a spacious canopy to keep the sun and wind off the baby. It also has a three point harness with removable velcro padded straps. I really like the stroller, it can be used forward facing and parent facing easily by just pushing the seat one way or the other. The stroller is smooth to walk with and the wheels turn great and did not lock up. The brakes work great and the stroller was easy to put together it took about 15 minutes and you need a pair of pliers for the wheel assembly. I like that it also can transform into a strolling bassinet. The stroller easily folds with one hand. It has a removable tray for the child which has a small snack compartment & cup holder. There is also a cup holder for the parent and a good size basket under the stroller. I like the over sized canopy but it did not have a window to see the baby,I would of liked a window. The stroller has a three point harness and removable velcro pads on the straps as well. I highly recommend this travel system for any parent.
The urbini Turni comes in a beautiful peacock color that made me fall in love with it!. As all the other strollers and carseats from urbini this set has it all, modern beautiful, practical and under the requires safety guidelines. For my first baby i had a set from urbini that came in pink but when i saw thsi color i thought it was so beautiful and unisex, it could work either for a baby girl or a boy. The strollers are the best the are convertible and can be changed from a bassinet when newborn to a chair for a bigger baby, it is light and you on this model you can lut the carseat on top of the stroller. Talking about the carseat it comes with its base for the car but i prefer to use it by it self facing backwards, it has a 5 point harness that secures your baby in place, it has padding for the newborn which can be removed when the baby is bigger. The stroller was easy to assemble everything pretty basic. Finally yes i would recommend to a friend because it the stroller groqs with your child and for that i think is a good investment.
As a mother who has had babies over the course of two decades, I've seen the advances in baby gear. This styling of the Urbini Turni is a huge step towards cool and attractive baby gear. Out of the box, it required little assembly. The car seat and the base were ready to install. The stroller required a wheel assembly and some transitional parts such as a tray for older babies. Assembly was not too difficult, took my hubby about 20 minutes, 10 of it was locating the well hidden instructions. ;) So don't give up, they are in there. I tested the stroller with the car seat in and out. I installed the car seat and tested putting it in and out of the care. It was a snug fit for our Jeep Cherokee. Here are my observations: • Pros Gorgeous, I could look at this thing all day. Lightweight, very easy to carry Stroller sleek, easy to operate LOVED the way the stroller folds into a bassinet (see pic) Great stroller storage Liked the added parts to transition stroller to older baby Ease of snapping car seat in and out of base Great umbrella protection Wipe Clean Fabric Drink holder • Cons Steering was a little stiff (may need breaking in) Car seat didn't snap into stroller with ease Car seat base a little bulky Overall I would definitely recommend this travel system to friends or family. My observations are after owning the item for approximately 1 week. The negative observations will probably be eliminated with familiarity of use. I can't get over the WOW of the appearance. The fabric is bright turquoise with an eye catching contrast pattern in the black.
The Urbini Turni stroller system is a new hassle free system as it all can be used together. The set includes an infant car seat, car seat base, and the stroller. The only thing that needs to be assembled are the wheels to the stroller, chest bar on the stroller, and the cup holders, which took me about 10 minutes too assemble everything. The whole set looks very modern, great bright color, and well put together. The car seat base has latch system or it can be used with a seatbelt. It has a feature that allows you to grip the extra belt by removing the extra slack. Once installed properly, it is easy to clip the car seat onto the base or unclip it off. The car seat has a high weight limit of 35 pounds and up to 32 inches tall. That weight limit allows the baby to remain in this car seat for about 2 years roughly. It comes with infant padding that holds the baby in place when they are a newborn, as well as padding on the shoulder straps. I like the material of the car seat as it seems to not get dirty easily as well as wash well. The carrying handle is easy to move back or to the top of the car seat, and is a good size to grip. It is comfortable to carry the seat by the handle. The canopy is the standard size of most infant car seats. I don't like that like most car seats, the belt has to be rethreaded when the child grows (some have a lever system that does it with a pressing and pulling lever). The innovative part of the system lies in the stroller. The stroller can be used forward facing, facing the parent, as a bassinet, or to carry the infant car seat. The stroller has the same material as the car seat. It comes with a parent cup holder, a chest bar for small children, child's tray that includes a bottle area, and a spacious basket on the bottom. With the bar on you can snap the car seat onto the stroller and now that it is well secured for safety. The child's tray can also be added to the chest level bar. You can use it without the bar when the child is a toddler. With one hand you can press a bottom, lift, and fold the stroller back to transform it to a parent facing stroller. If you push it all the way to the back, it is flat like a bassinet. It also comes with rear wheel brakes to immobilize the stroller. The front wells can move to any direction, or can be locked to only go forward. The way you fold this stroller is by pulling on a strap that is located on the seat. This can be done easily with one hand and the frame is not too heavy. The only con to the stroller is that you can't adjust the parent pushing handle, but it is at a good height for the average person. I have attached a picture of how small and flat the stroller folds (about same width and lenght of the car seat). Overall the stroller is versatile, good looking, and easy to use. It has minor things that I would like, but they are not a deal breaker because it has tons of other great features. I would recommend it to anyone with infants or toddlers.
I received the Urbini Turni Travel System through the Spark Reviewer program, but the opinion is my own. OVERALL this is a great system with the car seat able to be attached to the stroller, though it is not needed to use the stroller. The really nice aspect is that you can use with two kiddos, an infant in front and a toddler in the back. If no toddler in the back, the front will recline so baby can sleep. The stroller does fold easily by pulling up strap at bottom of the front seat and opens again just as easily. Stroller is well built and a significant weight giving it a very sturdy feeling that should be able to take a lot of wear and tear. The fabric is easily cleaned. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because of the assembly of the stroller which was unexpected. I certainly didn't mind having to clip together some of the largest parts but the wheels of the stroller required that one be assembled by placing a pin to secure it. This pin had to be removed from the axle, then the wheel put on in the pin reapplied. While the overall assembly took about 45 minutes almost 30 minutes was trying to get this dang pin back where it belongs!! Now this might be easy for some people, but being over 60 with arthritic hands it was a bit more difficult for me so a loss of one star. Especially interesting thing is that there the seems to be no reason for this wheel not to have been assembled as one wheel was already on the axle and the box is certainly big enough that it should have been fully assembled only requiring me to put the axle in place. Perhaps this is just a manufacturing fluke in this case? Beyond this issue, I would definitely recommend this stroller especially if you have an infant and a toddler.
My first observation on this travel set is that I love the color scheme. Its a beautiful bright teal, I think this will also appeal to parents who have a boy or a girl since in my opinion it's a gender neutral color. As a mother of two girls I always get tired of the pink or purple colors and I'm not a fan of green or yellow so this works great for me. The stroller itself is pretty simple to put together and is pretty easy to convert from forward facing to parent facing. For the very little ones this will also convert to a bassinet which is so convinent. My littlest one is already to big so I was unable to test her comfort level but it looked great to me. As far as the seating area goes my little one had plenty of room and the seat has a good cusion so she seems really comfortable. The stroller also has a tray that can be attached for snacks and juice and a cupholder for parent on the bar. The car seat is also standard to install in the car. Has the base that the car seat attaches to and the weight limit is from 4-35 lbs. One thing I will say is that it is shipped well but the box weight is just slightly under 50 pounds and its huge. I would not be able to transport this in my compact car if purchasing at the store. Also once it was dropped off I had to leave it outside until hubby came home. It was simply to heavy to pick up. Overall for the price I think this is a great value. I really like the strolller compared to other brands out there for around the same price. one thing I forgot to mention is it also has a huge canopy. This will also come in handy on walks to the park in the brutal sun nice shade.
I purchased this travel system to replace my Urbini Emi stroller. The wheel locks wouldn't stay engaged & the company said there were no replacement parts but would refund cost we paid for the stroller. This system is one of 2 that would work with the Sonti Car Seat that came with the Emi and this is the one we chose. Nice, bright colors. Looks high-end, easy to assemble but it doesn't fold down as easily or as compact as the Emi did. Maybe that's because it's new and it needs a "break-in" period, we'll see. It's about 3 lbs heavier than the Emi but it's not really noticeable. I think the 2-way seat position is a cool idea but it can be a little bit tricky for people that aren't used to something like that.... for instance, a grandparent watching the baby for a day and trying to use it for the first time or a baby sitter. If the seat isn't in the forward facing position it won't collapse (I think, lol.... it's new to me too and I'm trying to remember w/out looking at it!). Overall... nice system. Everything works as it should is eye-catching, functional and worth the money. It's just a little complicated at first and takes some getting used to.
