Van's Kitchen Premium Pork Egg Rolls have been hard to get for a few months, but we kept asking for them. These Van's egg rolls have a lightly crispy crust that contains within it the best flavors in an egg roll. The size is just right for us and we usually eat two. Very happy to be able to get them again.
Blown away! I had low expectations as most store bought anything of asian food to Mexican food is awful unless of course it's home-made or from a restaurant. The other reviews are right, these are delicious and better than the restaurant! Please continue making.
One of the best egg rolls I have ever eaten. It tasted freshly made even though it was frozen. I will definitely buy more.
I can't believe these egg rolls are sold so cheap, and found in the fresh deli area. $2.00 for 5 egg rolls and 3 cooking options to choose from: Micr; Oven; Fry, I did the fry method since I was already frying up a batch of chicken tenders & boy oh boy did these egg rolls turn out perfect! I bought 1 pork & 1 chicken & really couldn't taste the differance once fried, maybe I would if microwaved or oven baked. Either way, this is something I will buy every week and its alot cheaper & better then other frozen ones or even restaurant bought ones.
My son often goes to the neighborhood Walmart grocery store and he used to bring us home these egg rolls and/or some of the $1 burritos. Before that, he'd bring home the smaller package of egg rolls, which was $1 for 2. This is $2.50 for 5, last I checked. Not a bad price, and, quite frankly, better egg rolls than I've had from some expensive Asian restaurants. Haven't seen any in the store in months, though
Just bought these for the first time and oh my, they are delicious! I placed in my air fryer at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. They were perfectly cooked, and oh so crispy!! Better than any chinese restaurant! I dipped them in warmed up plum sauce. I will be buying these again asap!!
Egg Rolls are good. Just need Walmart in Zebulon, NC to get the price right. Price on the shelf says $2.50 and scanned at $2.80 something. Called for the Asst. Mgr. Daniel, he had an attitude problem, so I just got my money back for all my shopping that day.
Having lived in China for years, these are the best I've found at a supermarket. From the wrapper to the texture and flavor I've come to know, these cook up crispy in the air fryer, (don't microwave them) or can be reheated in a pan with a dab of oil.
These were a lot better than I would’ve expected. I can’t seem to understand a decent restaurant egg roll in Colorado Springs…these are better than most you’d get at a restaurant around here. I’ll def continue to buy these
If I wanted jello wrapped up in an egg roll, I might like these, but it is a shredded mixture that if you peel off the cover, it's a jelly type form. I took two bites, apologized to visit guests, jumped in my car and called the Chines restaurant ahead of time and arrived there, picked up real pork egg rolls and hurried back home. Not going to be lazy and buy these again, they're gross and without flavor or taste.
