I only have to wait 3 months before a Verizon will unlock it... during that time, I can just use it on Wi-Fi. I love the fact that it's got 128 GB of memory, and the resolution is totally awesome! I do realize it's not the latest version of Android however, it's only a secondary phone. I had been buying Moto G phones, and was so tired of them freezing constantly- not to mention the limited 64 GB of storage! All together I am very pleased! 🤗
I couldn't tell who was calling when I was on the phone, no special features, and my hotspot only worked sometimes
Phone arrived not in original packaging. Advertised as prepaid, but after troubleshooting with Verizon as to why the phone wouldn't activate, they confirmed it was postpay. It was frustrating and took several days to get fixed.
was curious about TCL joining the smart phone market. their TV's are pretty good and affordable. the phones though, I'm not impressed. I'm actually irritated with this phone more than liking it for any extra features. do extensive reviews before purchasing. I've only had yhe phone a few months and there's screen blips happening when im on the internet. apps suddenly close out while you're putting information in. TCL should have a waited a few more years and i should have stuck to Samsung like i had been.
the phone is a great size, but I can't recommend it. my phone keeps freezing up on me. tried to return it so i could get something that works. i was told i couldn't return it. so im stuck with a piece of ---- that don't work until i can save up for another phone that's big enough for me to see really good. sorry this phone is horrible!!!!
I purchased two phones one for me one for my husband. mine started out immediately with glitches on the screen. but I like the style of the phone and everything else so figuring it was just my phone, I returned it and purchased exact same one to replace it. soon after getting my second phone it started with the glitches again and my husband started with his glitches. so all three are getting returned.
Phone received could not be activated through Verizon. Took the phone into a Verizon store and was told the phone was defective. Gave the benefit of the doubt and returned the phone only to receive the same phone back that was defective! Please please please do not buy from this company they ghosted me after they sent the same phone back that didn't work the first time! Thank goodness you can report this all to Walmart customer service and they will assist with your return and refund. The return part I am sure of the refund part is a wait and see as this just happened but I pray I get refunded. My 17 year old wanted this phone and has been without a phone over a month because this company lied. Do not by from this company if I could give a negative 100 stars I would!!! Don't waste your time or money this company is disgusting!!!
Ordered through Walmart.com. When received, the unopened box indicated that the phone may have been a repair item. I returned it to the Walmart store and told that it may take as much as 2 weeks to get a refund because the refund has to come from the third party seller. If I ever receive the refund is questionable. Lesson learned: I will never buy from a third party seller through Walmart.com again.
I got my phone damaged it won't keep charge either . This is redicilous that I paid 179 for this phone and can't even use it
The company that sends this phone is extremely shady. First the phone came like it was used. Then it couldn't be connected to the verizon network Because I guess they didn't Scan the box correctly before shipping it to me. So I returned it, but you can't return it through the walmart Website so you have to return it to some shady email account. On top of all that, I still haven't received my refund and it's been a while. I reached out and they said " It's posted on our side so it just depends on your credit card company." Without giving me any proof or anything like that. Plus the fact that I had to ask for him to send me a packing label To Send the phone back in the first place. Do not buy from walmart if you're doing it online. They sell the phones in the store, just buy one there.
