Love the abilities to reach higher branches with the different attachments. Collapses easily for storage.
A tree decieve that goes over 25' high under $100.00 No ladder needed. I love it, it gets the job done. Sharp blade and saw. Each piece is 3' long so nice and compact. Good carrying case. Easy to use and assembly. ***** 5 star
the pole itself is really flimsy which makes it difficult to maneuver. it works good at the cutting part once it does maneuver though. it does work but the amount of work is really all due to flimsy pole.
way to heavy for me,a retired veteran, to pick up and hold.
I used this one time and the whole pulley system bent in half. Very poor construction!
Didn't realize I had to keep adding extensions rather that just Extending it.
Purchased this to reach high limbs but at full extension this pole saw is unusable. Didn't get to test if the saw would even cut - wobbly and unwieldy. Probably will work of you attach only 1-2 pole pieces. If you check videos of this or similar pole saws (they are sold under different names) you'll notice none of them show the product being used when fully assembled and extended. Really wanted this to work; going to try rope saw next.
I'm waiting for a refund for this garbage. It's not worth the box it was shipped in and it surely is worth less than the return shipping will cost. I sent them a message explaining to them that the saw bent too easily to cut a branch. This is the response I got from the distributor twice. “Dear customer Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the late reply. Could you please send us some pictures or videos about the problem? so that we can check it from the manufacturer to see what's going on there. Please don't worry, once check it, we will solve your problem asap Thanks for your understanding Waiting for your reply. Have a nice day ! Sonia” Then I sent them this message. “I told you what the problem was. The blade bends too easily to cut a branch. What good would it do for me to take a photo? I'll get my credit card company, then Walmart to fix this absurdity. If that doesn't work I'll get an attorney to take care of this problem. Thanks for your understanding. Waiting for your reply. Have a nice day!” Their next response. “Dear customer Thank you for your email and we are sorry for that our product did not meet your satisfaction. As you know, if you need to return it, it is inconvenience for both of us. Regarding your question, we are willing to refund you 15%, you can keep it and don't need to return, is it acceptable? Please don't worry, if you don't accept this, please contact us, we will help you return it Thanks for your understanding Waiting for your reply Have a nice day Best regards Sonia” Notice the poor grammar and an 15% discount for a worthless saw. The following statement was my latest response to them. “I find myself unable to embrace a mere 15% reduction in price for a product that is worthless. My expectation is anchored in the promise of a complete refund. Once more, I humbly request the provision of a return label, sent via USPS, so that I may expeditiously facilitate the saw's journey back to your domain. Alas, it is an unfortunate circumstance for your enterprise, for the cost incurred in the retrieval of this saw shall eclipse its meager utility, rendering it an artifact devoid of value. It is worthless to such an extent that it fails to merit the value of its very packaging. In this matter, I hold in high regard your comprehension and grace. Patiently do I await your response, Sonia, and extend wishes for a day graced by serenity and enlightenment. “ I'm now waiting for some coherent response. I would give a review of no stars, but that's not an option.
Low quality and poor performance. After the saw blade took 5 minutes to cut through an inch and a half branch, I decided to try the loppers on a tiny side branch and the rope snapped on literally the first attempt. UPS delivered it two hours ago and it's already disassembled and ready to return. Don't trust the reviews.
