I really love this gravity feeder! I have always free fed my dog because she never overeats her dry food but she gets stressed if her bowl is left empty. This feeder turns out to be the perfect solution! She loves seeing all that food! The Vibrant Life 10lb. Feeder is easy to fill and easy to clean. The plastic is crystal clear and the feeder actually looks great in my home. It dispenses the food perfectly. I trust it's quality and durability being made in the USA. I feel good knowing the plastic is bpa free and safe for my pets. I plan on getting one for my 2 cats also. Being a pet sitter myself, I know my pet sitter will love me for getting these!
We got this Gravity feeder, from Vibrant life thinking it would be good for our new puppy. The convience of not having to refill constantly is great. It is so easy to keep clean. Our puppy knows just how much to eat. Food seems to stay fresh. The price was right and we are very satisfied with this purchase!
I found this product very good and easy to use. My pets liked it also the only improvement I can suggest is a lid to cover the bowl as I have a dog that doesn't know when to stop eating. Otherwise a really good item.
I am very pleased with this pet feeder. I have two large dogs and it has made feeding them so much easier! The top is easy to remove and the opening is very wide so putting the dog food in it is very easy and mess free. My 6 year old son is even able to do it by himself. The size is great, it holds enough food to last my large dogs over a week without having to refill, while still keeping the food dry and fresh. We do not have any issues with the food getting clogged or coming down as the opening on the bottom is nice snd wide to allow the food to flow without any issues. Cleaning it was also hassle free and very easy. The pieces come apart with ease and we just washed and rinsed by hand with warm water and soap when needed. So far after a few months of continuous use we have had no problems whatsoever with durability and it has held up to my dogs great!
Used for a cat, have a different one for the dog and it does its job well. Haven't had spills or anything like that. Holds enough for a long time, super useful if need to leave for a few days.
It seems to be as described- xs size- have not used yet, will update review upon use. 8 inches tall. Was not able to get this delivered from the store but was able to pick it up the same day from the same store- unusual!!
The Vibrant Life 10 lb. Feeder comes already preassembled and ready to use, which saves setup time. It has a sleek design and it's clear with black color will fit any decor. This feeder is made of hard durable plastic so it should endure the test of time. It is suitable for indoor use as well as outdoor use. The lid conveniently pops off the top making for easy initial filling as well as refilling. Its design works rather well. Even though it notes on the label that it is a gravity feeder, there is no way to portion control. This makes this feeder not the most ideal item for dogs that are on a diet or those that have no self control. I have two dogs a German Sheppard/Terrier mix and a German Sheppard/Corgi mix. From my experience, I would highly recommend having more than one feeder. This is especially true when you have large dogs because they are territorial and you could have issues of hogging and/or fighting over the feeder. That is why I gave it a rating of 4 out of 5. In conclusion, it is quite attractive and extremely easy to use, so I would recommend it.
Liked the price, hated the quality of product. It was really thin and cheaply made!!
Feeder does not work as described food gets stuck and has to be shook or tilted for the food to come out which defeats the whole purpose of having a feeder
I picked up a gravity dog feeder and the lid is missing.
