I needed another one of these for the bedroom so I bought the smaller one. It has been too hot here. The dog is wary of it because it smells new and it burbles when water moves. He will get used to it and be happy there is water in more than one room. The smaller one is lighter and easier to set up. Definitely like it.

Great item perfect size for my large cat. Couldn't wait to see if he would like it. Big hit, would recommend to others.
Being that I'm not that coordinated it's a bit tricky. It gets dirty and the kitty doesn't like that. He wouldn't even use it at first. At least it's better than the toilet bowl.
bottle doesn't snap in securely like my old pet mate one did but it's doing the job. Lookis like my little guy gets about a week's worth of drinks from this smaller size

Was it supposed to come with a bottom tray, mine didn't have but water top.
terrible. the plastic jug got a hole in it after 3 uses. wasnt dropped. just the weight of filling the jug i guess just bent it at the right angle and there was a small crack that had a hole. which makes the water spill out everywhere.
Why do companies go through all of the trouble to make a product and then ruin it by throwing a huge ugly sticker on it that can't be removed without leaving glue residue everywhere? I go as far as to use brake cleaner to remover sticker glue from products but sticker glue like this company uses can't be removed. The product is ruined before I can even use it. It wouldn't be so bad if it was a small sticker but they've completely covered the whole front of the water bottle. So the product is complete garbage to me now. Do you really care that little about your customers... Just get the product sold, it doesn't matter how it looks once it's left the store. Do you not take time to think about these things? No, you just don't care. As a small business owner, that actually cares about my product and my customers satisfaction... When I see companies do stuff like this, I can't only imagine how ridiculous the people running things must be.
