The door seems sturdy, it doesn't look like low quality parts were used like you see on some carriers. The plastic of the body of the carrier is pretty standard for this style. The holes on the sides are large enough to see through but not large enough for a paw to get through. The whole thing seems pretty strong, though if I had any complaints it would be the annoying bolts that hold it together, I showed one in the picture. Luckily, I only have to put it together once. The opening is just large enough to fit a cat or a small dog through. I'll be using it to take my cat to the vet, but don't tell him that. Overall, it seems like a really good carrier and I would recommend it.
This kennel is awesome, it was easy to put together and you can install the door to open to the left or right. It even came with extra bolts! I slid it under my dining room table and it’s perfect, open the door put the puppy in and close the door. I highly recommend this kennel.
This kennel is perfect for transporting 2 cats to the vet. They have plenty of room and I put a towel on the bottom so they don’t slip. It’s nice that I don’t have to wrangle 2 carriers in and out of the car. The top comes off for storage and it seems like it is nice and secure. I would recommend to family and friends!
perfect size for my 13 lb cat = roomy but not too much and easy to carry. I do wish the cutouts on top were compartments like the old carriers used to have to put treats and or paper towels inside but oh well. arrived on time as promised, though not wrapped very well only in a plastic bag, but absolutely no damage and everything was there including two extra screws.
Only reason it got a 4 stars is because of shipping. PLEASE GO WITH SOMEONE OTHER THAN FEDEX TO SHIP!!! If my item would have been damaged I would have been livid!! The crate itself is okay. Other items were stacked on top of the crate, the box was already open. The crate is easy to assemble, seems sturdy so far and like it will hold up good. My dog who hates crates is already very curious about it and my pup who I'm crate training loves it. Recommend the crate, just not FedEx.
Ordered 2 of these and had them delivered 3 hours from me- to my home address. I work on the road, so I don't always have the opportunity to take care of things like this in person. Nothing was broken, but my mom got two different size doors in the package. Going to a Walmart is, at best for her, 30 minutes away- one way. Not mad, just a little disappointed.
These aren't built well but they'll work. We have to use it because we're on a time crunch but I wouldn't recommend this model if you have time to purchase elsewhere. As you can see, where all other carriers have pockets on top these just have indentions to make you think it does! How scummy.
Crate looks fine but there were no nuts and bolts to hold the top of the crate to the bottom of the crate. Can't put the dog in it. The instructions show that (4) package of wing nuts and bolts. The crate wasn't in a box or a bag.
I purchased 4 of these crates in the 23" size. I put them together last night but didnt try to close the door to the crates until this morning. ALL of the crates have doors that are too big, making the crates useless. Was planning on purchasing 2 more bc I need 6 crates and now I'm stuck w nothing.
the box was busted up and so was the crate....it would have been nice crate or so it seemed if it hadn't been busted..also probably FedEx's fault but it was left out in the rain also when they could have put it on the porch. It was also delayed during shipping.
