I don't know what it is about our vet's office that makes my cat so crazy that it is impossible to hold her but this harness leash has been a life saver. Being able to hold onto my cat by using the harness is amazingly easy after trying everything from towels to coats to try to control her. I have the scars to prove other methods didn't work. I guess this would work if you take your cat for a walk- but I honestly don't do that.
It does, work great IF you can get your beloved feline into the harness. That was fun. It appears to be well made. The size seems to be running true. My feller is not full grown yet so it is a little loose on him. But once full grown it should fit well. He had no issues with rubbing or catching his fur. It didn't feel bad. And was fairly easy to put on and take off. Best of all, he can now go outside without me worrying that he will get scared and run away.
Vibrant Life cat harness this harness is well made and easy to put on but they wish I had not gotten it LOL. I tried it on the boys and they tolerated it ok but made me feel guilty after a bit, we will have to practice more before trying it on the patio. I do like the way it is made and the fit is adjustable so you can make it comfortable. I think we will practice a bit more each time to make the kitties more used to walking with me.
These are going to be perfect for my kitties.
This harness works great. I have a few cats that I prefer to keep indoors. I know they would like to go outdoors at time, but given certain circumstances of our area the indoors is safer. With this harness I am able to take them outside and let them roll around in the grass without the worry of them taking off and getting lost, being sure to keep them safe. It is easy to put on and to take off, and fits them great. I have a couple cats and they are all different sizes, and this actually fits all of them. The leash is long enough for me to be able to keep a good grip on them while walking around with them.
I am still working with my cat so she will allow my to put this on. The directions have good advice for tips and techniques, also Youtube have videos too. The harness is nice quality and should be comfortable for my cat to wear, but my cat scares me, so it may take a while for a cat to allow you to put one of these harnesses on, plus she is black and would not show up in a picture anyway. I think the product is good, but may not be for every cat.
My papo is a Maine Coon Cat. He never really been outside much since a kitten. He followed my son at work all day. My son put him in a box and took him home. We all fell in love with him. So we put the harness on him not without issue. Loll Finally he let us. It fit good even for his big self. He had a great time out.
Love the simple and easy to close design. Most other harnesses nowadays are so complicated and I am constantly mixing up the closures while bent over an excited dog or cat. I love this one since it's meant for cats but would easily fit and do well on a dog. Black and sleek, love the matching leash that's not too short and not too long. Would make a great gift for someone who had gotten a puppy or kitten especially since it's adjustable and can “grow” with the pet.
Honestly, this cat harness is great. Easy to use, and cute. If you're furry friend is use to the great outdoors, I would completely recommend. I actually got this harness because I thought it would be a safe way to let my indoor cat feel sunshine. However, he has been an indoor cat for so many years that he wouldn't let me put it on. No reflection on the harness. It's nice! Cute and safe. I actually think it's awesome.
This harness was fairly easy to put on, but I thought the chest strap was a little tight on my cat. As soon as I put it around Sophie, she flopped over on her side. After it was fastened at the loosest setting, she rolled over on her back, and started pedaling her legs in the air, lol. I never have gotten her to remain on her feet while she is wearing the garness, but we shall keep at it. Maybe while we watch TV.
