Uses: The Vicks Germ Free Humidifier provides up to 99.99% germ free moisture by killing bacteria, mold, fungus and virus with ultraviolet light. Untreated tap water flows from the water tank into the UV chamber where it is exposed to ultraviolet light killing mold, bacteria, fungus and virus. The sanitized water enters the base where it is absorbed by the wicking filter. Dry indoor air is drawn through the filter absorbing the moisture. Up to 99.9% Germ Free moisture is emitted into the air as a fine invisible mist. Add a VapoPad Menthol (one included) or Sleepy Time vapors and soon soothing vapors will fill the air for added comfort.
