I was shocked how well they worked. Before I I didnt think much about melatonin. These things are the real deal. Start out with one. Be ready to go to sleep because it is lights out after chewing one gummy. Did I mention how AMAZING THEY TASTE? It says berry flavor but tastes more like a grape gummy, coated in fine sugar. The taste is good and these are very easy to chew, no getting stuck to my teeth. I take two usually about an hour before I want to go to sleep. It definitely helps me fall asleep and even if I woke up during the night I do not seem to be as long as I used to prior to taking these, which is great. My problem is I feel a bit groggy when I wake up in the morning, which is not something I need or want to feel when getting the kids ready for school and starting my day of work. If it was not for that feeling I would definitely continue to use these.
