This is the first time I order and what a great experience. I received all of my items and the delivery girl was super nice.
I take 2 about 30 mi s before laying and they work great
This is the first sleep aid I've tried that actually made me drowsy. I eat two and within 15 minutes I feel my eye lids starting to get heavy. I wake up and feel well rested.
I found that these triple action gummies work much better and faster than the regular ones. Use them every night and sleep all the way through without feeling groggy the next morning. 🙌
This I would recommend for anyone with insomnia or difficulty falling asleep. I get sleepy 30 minutes after and I rest really rest and I do not feel groggy the next day. I have tried other sleep aids and this works the best for me.
I have insomnia and was shocked at how well this worked. I tried another brand that were not chews and didn't work one time. I like the taste
I have been trying these out for a couple weeks now, they do help relax me, but they don't really put me to sleep. The serving size is 1-2 gummies, 30 min before bed, I started off with one and it did not do much, so I went up to 1 and a 1/2, seems to be more effective. I do like that they help to relax me, but my mind still fights the feeling of falling asleep so they don't knock me out. The only thing I am not a fan of is the artificial color, its a lot of blue and totally unessecary, stains your teeth and tongue so you need to chew it up and remember to brush your teeth after.
Noticed headaches after using. Also crazy dreams I went back to using the same brand Vicks ZZZ Melatonin 3mg with lavender and chamomile. I have a better nights sleep and wake up refreshed.
I never felt like these did anything to promote sleep when I took them? They made my teeth and tongue a lovely shade of purple and they tasted like candy. I'd like to think there are better options out there?
This product has not given me the desired sleep I desperately need. It only helped to give me 30 minutes to an hour of additional sleep in the most optimal sleeping circumstance.
