This Vicks vapor rub stick is an excellent product! It has the same wonderful smell as the original Vicks, but without the stickiness of the traditional vapor rub. It glides on smoothly and easily. It definitely helped ease the cough and congestion I was dealing with while fighting a sinus infection. It helped me breathe better. It also did not stain my clothing. I love it and will certainly buy it again when this one runs out.
I am so glad they finally got it right. Leftover mentholated residue on your fingertips can get in your eyes or other nooks and crannies and cause pain. You now can rub this on your chest, under your nose, or wherever you like, knowing that it will not cause you discomfort.
I love that I can apply the same product without getting all messy. It's so simple: roll up the stick, roll it on, and it works. Great idea! And yes, Vicks does help.
This is great if you or a child can't stand the mess of regular Vicks. The sent does seem to fade faster but it does still help for awhile. I will buy again.
My grandkids love Vicks time bc I can make a squiggly line across their feet, chest, back %26 boop their lil noses THEN they get to boop Yaya's nose. Only my oldest one realizes that I'm doing it to help them breathe better during colds or just sinuses being crazy. It's definitely a 10/10 for ease of use %26 it's the same great product.
Definitely not the same kind of soothing vapors you would get from the regular Vicks ointment . Yes the convenience and no mess is great but I will continue to use the ointment instead.
I do love not getting run all over my fingers and hands. But I feel like this doesn't have as strong of a scent as the rub does. I also felt like it left a waxy residue on me.
I was excited to try this product. It was a bit disappointing. I opened it to use and there was liquid in it. it doesn't have the same vapor smell. The stick is less vapor than the rub. It also dries and is crumbly on your chest.
Love the ease of the stick!! Keeps dripping a liquid from the bottom so is still a mess all over my hands and any surface after use
I like the idea of it not being sticky but it has none of the active ingredients that make vicks work! Check my pictures. Ones real Vick other is this product. The smell was nice when first applied but within a few minutes the smell and helpfulness was gone.
