my husband takes this to adjust to his work schedule which is graveyard shift. it knocks him out, highly suggest if your looking to get some shut eye.
I have been having such restless sleep for years and I refuse to take medications because of the side effects. this makes me feel refreshed when I wake up in the morning. I try not to take it every night just on nights where I'm feeling really restless and it helps do the job.
This is the best product on the market right now to help you sleep. One key benefit of the liquid is if you happen to wake up a few hours before your scheduled time, you can drink a quarter or half a serving and it won't affect your alertness too much.
This begins working in about 20 minutes on me. My husband usually falls asleep so quickly, but I never can. I don't use it unless I need so it has always worked for me.
For a big burly but sensitive to medications guy this stuff works great for me. Like it is liquid so i can dose down or go full dose and still no side effect while awake during day. The price is good too!

I love Vicks zzz quil. It works so great and doesn't have a bad taste at all. I love the flavor. I use it before bed most nights. The best part is its non addicting. I usually wake up so many times during the night, but this zzz quil helps me get tired and helps me sleep all through the night. Best sleep medicine.
I have a real difficult time getting to sleep at night. I just can not fall asleep and often toss and turn until 5 or 6 am. Then, I sleep until noon, or 2:00 PM. I hate it. I miss much of the day - thankfully I am retired, but still...... I think I am becoming desensitized to this product and others. ZzzQuil, Melatonin and Somnapure. Nothing seems to work any more......
I had heartburn after taking this product. I'm not sure if that's what caused my heartburn but I was miserable. When my heartburn went away I did finally sleep.
