The retail price for a Virgin Mobile Top-up card at Walmart is less than the card's actual value ($19.88 for a $20.00 card). There is usually a good variety of cards in stock and they can even be purchased with a Walmart gift card. Best of all is that if you choose an electronic version, it is sent to your email very soon after your order is placed! Very simple and convenient. Great value.
My mother has an older top up phone and must use the top up cards to load minutes. This is the fastest and easiest way to get her minutes. No going to the storage anymore!

Used to buy my topups at Calling Mart. They discontinued VM. Now I buy at Walmart.com. Only grievance is it takes longer to go through than CM did. Still within a few hours, so not too bad. Seems to be the best option still available to avoid extra unwanted charges.

Service with Walmart was fast. Virgin Mobile had several problems and took more than 2 almost 3 hours over two week period to bring my TWO phones up-to-date with me being put on hold TWICE FOR OVER TWO HOURS. 4 Technicians failed to know menu short cuts for phones. Two years ago, only took 10 - 15 minutes to top-up online or by phone.
Took twice the time to get it and had to Go to a store to get a card so I would Not loose my cell phone service.
After my two orders got cancelled, I found many similar complaints on the Internet. I will never order this item again until the credit process problem is fixed. The product itself is good to serve the purpose. I have used Virgin Mobile for many years.
