It didn't work. Everything about this product is wrong. I would tell you more but I'm sure it is not allowed on the review guidelines.....look at the fb pages.

I did not check reviews before buying this in the store. Dont make that mistake! I got home and tried to activate it and it would not. After an hour with support the phone keeps having issues and crashing, have never made a call and now a couple hours later back to the store....

Problems with phone storage

I bought the phone and it had problems with the SD storage. The all data were been saved in the phone storage. I decided to request the replacement and I got a new one. However, when I tried to activate, the operator told that the serial number does not match with the Virgin mobile system. So, what can we do.?

Stay away from this bloat wear laden phone!

I totally agree with all the other reviews on HTC Desire 510 from Virgin Mobile. So full of bloatware from Google & HTC that you cannot add any apps or do any updates at all due to insufficient storage from new. I too have been VM customer many years & never got such a bad deal as this. Someone should make good & fix this situation. Bad business. & no one responds to issues, send you in a circle & never address issue!

1 - Turned on the auto update and it blew up the phone memory... Can't move apps to SD card so what are you gonna do?? Of course uninstall the updates and what will you get? BUGS for using outdated apps! 2 - Tried to activate the service/ sim card but the virgin mobile app ain't even there! Are you kidding me?! So what should you do? Of course go to google play to download it... What happened?! It gave me error retrieving server just to open google play! I fixed that issue but we got stuck on the "ACTIVATION" screen. Even if I restarted the phone several times it automatically comes up like a zombie and it doesn't let you use any other features other than settings!!! Really?! Settings?! For real! Over all it's a big disappointment and we will return it later!

Not enough memory expensive plans

99 dollars for the phone, 20 dollars just to activate it, and the cheapest plan is 35 dollars. Not worth it. The operating system uses all of the storage. Apps will not save to the SD card.

Not Worth the Money

First let me say I've been a Virgin Mobile customer for years and never had a problem with there products, but this phone is horrible. I had only 5 apps on the phone and kept receiving messages about there not being enough storage. I bought on of the largest SD cards hoping that would help and nothing. I deleted 80% of my pictures and contacts still received the message. Not happy at all. Also keep in mind if you are currently a Virgin Mobile customer and by a phone from Walmart you have to change to Assurance Wireless through Virgin Mobile and also purchase a $20 starter kit. This was not explained to me when I purchased the phone. Stay away from the phone. You will not be happy if you buy it

I first got this phone thinking it was great, but i was wrong. It took about 5 days to get it activated, barely had any memory, the touch screen wouldn't work half the time and now, I am unable to do anything because of the screen, i cant even restart it now. I WAS SOLD A FAULTY PRODUCT WALMART!!!!!!
