Take this daily. My skin loves it! Can see a significant improvement. Skin glowing, healthy. Noticed significant improvements in my skin in about 6 weeks. Subtle improvements in about 2-3 weeks. Have used product for at least 2 years, Will definitely continue to use.
I just purchased the product about 2 weeks ago but I have real dry skin (Excema) related & this product has noticeably made my skin a lot more hydrated than it is on a daily. I also buy this brands Collagen products & take the pills with the drink for extra hydration since collagen will not harm you if you drink more than the recommendation. My skin has greatly improved. It feels & looks hydrated. Great investment you have to purchase especially if you have dry skin and or you want to help out your joints as this too has been an area I have noticed is improving. I don't have as much discomfort in my joints when I exercise ... it's working I feel it & see it. I am going to keep taking this & see how much better I feel in 6 months
I have been taking Vital Proteins Skin Hydration Boost vitamins for about 2 years now and I always get compliments on my skin! I feel like the product works and I like the vitamin profile included in this product.
This has really made a difference in such a short time. I'm already noticing my nails are stronger and my my hair is actually growing again! :)
My skin seem to be less crepey since I have started using this!
I posted this review on another website but decided I need to spread the word here as well. I felt strongly enough about these to come write a review on my own and wasn't paid or compensated in any way. I'm typically a little bit skeptical of beauty supplements like this... I just haven't ever had anything blow me out of the water as far as results go. And honestly at first I wasn't even positive that these did either. I have fairly dry skin and I use a lot of acids and actives - probably too many - so I have a tendency to flake sometimes. I'm also terrible at keeping up with my water intake. So, I got through a bottle of these and while I definitely noticed results, I wasn't sold just yet. I will say I've been using a regimen of several supplements from this company and 1 or 2 from another brand but the reason I know that this one has made the biggest difference is because I ran out of these before I ran out of everything else... and my skin started to look like garbage. While taking them, I had been saying that my skin had never looked better and of course it maybe wasn't ONLY these supplements, but I suddenly realized that after a few weeks of the best skin I've had in years, I was starting to look dry and blah again... breakouts included. I couldn't figure out why my skin was reverting back to every fine line showing and I did a process of elimination. I even had to order a skin balm because I was getting cracked skin (lack of vitamin C I was told, which this contains too!) around my nose and mouth. I realized that this was what was missing from my routine versus when my skin looked the best. I bought another bottle, added it back to my daily vitamin routine right away and within two days, no exaggeration, I noticed a positive difference again. So... I will say this company now has a life-long customer in me and while it might not be crazy obvious to others as we all tend to scrutinize our own appearance the most (although I've received legitimate compliments recently) it made enough of a difference in my own opinion... After all I'm the one who looks at my skin constantly... That I will forever repurchase. I even got my skeptical mom on board who is equally impressed.
I used this before and got at a competitor store in the store but they have been out. I love this product and I am so glad I found it and is less expensive than the other store.

I've been buying this for several months now, this last order the name changed, same ingredients, SAME PRICE but 1/2 as many capsules.
I love the stuff but every time I want to order gummy's or capsules they are sold out I never get them again it's so bad I don't want to order anything
