So I will be honest. After trying VP's pre workout drink which delivered on its purpose but was Super terrible on taste; I was hesitant to try this product just on taste alone cause I didn't want to lose my dinner. But guess what this flavor Lemon Grape is actually BOMB. It taste like just a little more tangy than arctic freeze Gatorade. I know I went really hard yesterday w/ workout but woke up this morning early and I'm sore but not nearly as sore as I should be. I will definitely stick with this product. I hope that the other recovery products VP has taste as good as this one. Maybe take a note and make their pre workout line flavors better. I will continue The pre workout bottle i have till I run out. but if I should find another product that works just as good with better taste I will move to that.
I love this product. I got the grape-lime flavor. It smells like a grape tootsie pop but the actual flavor is super light and light on the sweetness. I can drink it during my workout without getting heartburn. I love this product! I have noticed a difference in my recovery. I 100% would recommend it to a friend. It was a game changer for me and my workouts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vital proteins have a pretty good drink with this one. The flavor is not overwhelming. You can actually taste a smooth grape flavor with a hint of lemon. You will have to mix it well so that it dissolves well. I tend to work my upper body and lower body especially on my treadmill, and I drink this afterwards and go to bed and I'm always feeling much better after a full cup and good night sleep. I will definitely purchase again!

Love this product for its nutrition and health benefits. Great bonus is that it tastes good too! I've used specific flavor for 12+ months now. It dissolves really easily in cold water when shaken in my blender bottle and is so easy to drink. Love the amount of collagen and protein per serving too.
I order this two months ago and have gone through 12 of them already. It's the only protein powder that doesn't bloat me and digests. Makes me feel very good and tastes fresh
I LOVE this flavor!!! I had the blueberry watermelon flavor prior and it was good, but the flavor was a little extra. The lemon grape is deliciously refreshing g and this one seems to blend more easily!! Please keep offering this flaver AND size!!!
I've been using this for almost a month. It is different from many other protein drinks and recovery drinks, it's not thick and is refreshing after a hard workout. I dilute mine a little more that required. I can't speak to the long-term recovery yet, but hope it works because it's a lot easier on my tummy than whey.
