Honestly for the price it’s a great TV.. Free channels so you don’t have to buy cable INCLUDING Spanish channels, hundreds of applications and it’s easy to navigate. Only issue I have is the remote is a bit slow/laggy when I try to turn down the volume. Other than that it’s good quality graphics, easy installation and overall good. 100% would recommend
A barely used one year old tv is now going in the garbage! The lines on the screen cannot be fixed. Sony should replace this piece of junk. Now I can contribute to the landfill. Thanks Sony!!!
The image excellent, but that would have been a five star review if it wasn’t for the -NOT TURNING ON- issue. This issue started 3 days after purchased and today has been cherry’s on top because it is not turning on at all. I disconnected it from the power and it went to standby mode (kind off) and it took me awhile to turn it on. I recorded a video where you can see it’s not turning on.
This D series is defective. My sister had warned me that she had to return 2 of these models she had purchased as gifts. She said that the picture just out of the blue had multiple lines in it making it impossible to watch. Lo and behold, one day I turned mine on and viola, lines in the picture. Called Walmart Customer Service who referred me to Vizio Customer Service. Now I must wait to be refunded. Don’t waste your money on this series, you’ll regret it.
Worse delivery ever did not read delivery instructions for one and even worse then that the delivery guy did not bring my package to the right building or inside the building he left it outside of the wrong apartment building I had to run down the road to get my package and I pacifically put in the delivery instructions to not leave out side hand it to me personally and he took it to the wrong address and not even inside a 4 apartment per building apartment absolutely terrible service. Anybody could've took my 40 inch Vizio TV.
I placed the order on walmart.com for my television when my television was delivered to me, I didn’t think anything was wrong. Once I open my television I noticed the television was completely damaged. The screen was smashed. What do I do? How do I get this either replaced or a refund for my money which, honestly, I would prefer my television to be replaced..
The young lady stole my 40"Smart TV. and now 3601Washington.Blv Won't answer the phone or give me my money back or my TV. Washington boulevard arbutus is the worst store in Baltimore
Not the best TV! It was replaced because of vertical lines in Oct. 2022. I received the replacement and that lasted 1 year before the vertical lines appeared again. Vizio was very helpful and I will be getting a full refund (keeping my fingers crossed)! I guess Vizio knows the Class D series is crap!
Most horrible service ever and delivery was trash I called customer service because my tv was stolen and they told me to file a police report which is extremely disappointing I order this tv for my 12 year old daughter to come home to absolutely none thing this is who the item was left at my door I well never shop or order Walmart again trash service all around I see they like to steal people money was a horrible company wish o could give no stars
Bought this in November and it’s been great until a few days ago it just started having lines all in the screen. It’s not even a year old so the fact I now have a useless TV is frustrating. Save yourself the headache and by a different TV
