We Absolutely love every aspect of our 55" Vizio TV! So happy we decided to stick with the same brand of our other TVs. Sony's Vizio line of smart tvs has never let us down and have lasted through the years without becoming suddenly outdated. THANKS VIZIO!!

Easy set up. Good picture. Lightweight if you want to hang it. Price is perfect.
So far I love the tv beautiful color and size is great happy it wasn’t ruined delivery never let us know tv was outside in pour down rain they could have rung our doorbell but nothing just put it in front of our door without cover and they left without any notice for us to know it came and was suppose to be delivered the next day so we didn’t expect it on this day !
Tv is with best features but received with broken screen so didn’t even open it fully , one of my friend also received broken screen tv recently
Came broken
Screen was cracked. I talked to your support person who wanted me to take it to a FedEx store to ship it back. I told him that you should come and pick it up. I had to ask him to speak to his manager three times. He finally said he would get me to his manager and put me on hold several minutes. He came back and said his manager would call me within 30 minutes. That was January 1st, I still have not heard from them. Since it looked like nothing was going to be done, I took the TV to FedEx yesterday and shipped it back. Hopefully I get a replacement quickly. I don’t understand why you need to get the defective item back before you send a new one. When I purchased it, I gave you my credit card info and trusted you to send me the product. But apparently you don’t trust me to send you the defective TV and have to hold a replacement until you get the old one. You have my credit card info, if I don’t send you the old one, you can just charge me for the second one too. This was not handled well at all. I’m hoping that your customer service improves.
