Still getting used to the features, but I am over all very happy with it... Would love a new sound bar to go with it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vizio M-Series has excellent overall image quality, with deep black levels, plenty of brightness, rich contrast and accurate color. It works well with phones, Alexa and Google devices. I wish the pre-programmed buttons at the top of the remote had the option to be programmed to whatever you want but other than that I am pleased with the function of the remote. This TV supports both HDR10 and Dolby Vision which is great! It has 4 HDMI's that are all 2.0 versions. Unlike some of the older models Vizio has brought back TV antenna input which is great news for those of us that have cut the cord. I only stream and watch antenna TV. Vizio has done a terrific job with the local dimming, which provides great pictures and deep blacks especially in HDR. Even though this TV is rated at 60 Hz I felt like it responded much better then my older TV (2016). Overall, I have been extremely impressed with the performance from the Vizio M-Series Quantum 55" TV.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time owning this brand of tv and I am completely blown away by the many features. Assembly of the TV was super easy. It only takes a few minutes to attach the legs and the tv is very sturdy. Enough room to screw in cable wire. I can't begin to describe the vivid, vibrant colors this tv has. Picture quality is awesome! The picture is so crisp and clear. Setup is super easy and self explanatory and no problems using the remote to program. Another feature I like is the remote because it just has the basic buttons and nothing too confusing or something you don't need. It does require 2 AA batteries (not included)The sound quality of this tv is amazing and the surround sound is great. This tv can sit on a stand or can be hung on the wall. This is definitely an upgrade for my family and we are all pleased and extremely satisfied with this tv and I know you won't be disappointed either!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As if the beautiful clear images, extensive array of adjustments you can make to all the preset image sets, logical menus, and decent selection of free programming via their "Watch Free", I recently discovered that this TV works with my Google Assistant!

My daughter really love you can watch YouTube and Netflix. I'm thinking about getting one for her bedroom since she really love this tv.
On the positive side, this TV has a good picture with vibrant colors and good viewing angles. On the negative side, when watching OTA channels it does not display the name of the program so you don't know what you are watching when flipping through the channels. You cannot add new apps such as Philo or HBO Max . You are stuck with what is pre-installed which means you will have to shell out extra money for a Roku or other streaming device to get these apps. The input menu, which I use often to switch between the Roku and OTA, does not stay on the screen for more than a second and is very awkward to navigate. Every screen on the home pages is filled with ads for other programs. The navigation is very sluggish which implies it is under speced for CPU and memory. I expect it will only get worse as the TV ages and new updates and features come out.
So I was looking at the M-6 and decided to go with the M-7 (upgraded version) I was excited when it was finally delivered..box was kinda dinged up but no holes..all of the protection was in place when I opened the box..got it assembled turned it on and there is a BIG BLACK LINE down the center/right of the screen..screen isn't cracked or broken..just a black line..so I let the tv update in hopes that it would go away..no luck...returning this tv to the store in the morning..today is 1-14-2021 .. I think I would like it when I get a GOOD ONE!
purchased 12/9/2021, walmart customer service was no helpful at all. Had to deal with Vizio itself, a week later tv started having issues like sound bar unable to find hdmi tv. would loss sound.. Vizio send a technician to replace motherboard last week 12/28/2021.. Still having problems with lost of sound bar. new issue picture flickering, unable to control volume with the remote that came with the tv. SMH. what a nightmare..
The TV had a wide light blue streak about 8” wide on the left side. WalMart would not replace it because it was a replacement for the 1st one we got that had a broken screen. Seems that this is common issue with VIZIO TV's.
