It's a very nice size I haven't hooked it up yet to see how it works yet I looked at the reviews and I felt they were honest
i think its a good printer. installing software driver not super easy but got it done. i wish it was witeless but it came with a usb cord and most companies cheap out on that. prints just fine and i have printed with shippo and with square. makes life way easier than the two label 8x10 sheets on a standrd printer. its probably not for heavy industrial use. but fir the half dozen or so orders i ship a day works great.
EASY TO SET-UP. Prints perfect USPS 4x6 labels. Go to the website and get a better manual than included in the supplied thumb drive. Better driver on-line than included. Make sure you calibrate the printer for the size of labels you are using. Calibration instructions are in the manual online which you can download.
Very Happy with this label printer. It was very easy to set up as the printer comes with a USB drive that literally has videos on it walking you through the process. On Amazon the starting price for any compatible printer was $200 and up this one is a excellent value at half the price. It does exactly what I need it to do for my business!
where has this thing been all my life, no hassle, inexpensive, perfect for a small business!
Not a paid review- This works fine, but don't expect it to work with a chrome book because it won't. The software is finicky. Once I got it to my Dell no issues at all.
The set up is pretty easy, but I don't quite understand how to make it print with the quality and capability as the shipping companies, BUT I also have only printed one label. That's why I gave 4 stars, but I'm sure I'll get there sooner or later.
Had to download several unknown apps in languages I don't understand in hopes that this would connect to 2 different laptops, both running Windows 10 and updated. When I connected directly through USB, the printer would work but the label and barcode -regardless of the printer settings and settings within the shipping app- would print about 1/50ths of the size. It was illegible regardless of the sizes/formats/% etc I tried. I wasted almost 6 hours of my life on this which makes it worthless at this point. Sad but nobody really makes a decent shipping printer that can work with the flexibility that we expect these days. This one didn't really work at all.
Absolute terrible printer used it about 10 times and already doesn't work. Definitely not worth the price I should've saved my money and just bought something better.
I am returning this because it constantly disconnects, glitches ( states printing complete when nothing has been printed) and has to be turned off the back on to link back up to possibly print
