Last year, we bought the overalls for my son in WV, and he loved them. But his wife stole them to work on her archaeological digs in the Ohio winter. So, this years, he wanted a pair of your coveralls. He loves them for working and snowboarding in the WV winter weather. He says his wife isn't getting this pair!
I WORK IN PHILLY AS A OUTSIDE MAINT MAN THIS WILL KEEP YOU WARM TO THE POINT WHEN YOU ARE WORKING HARD AND ARE WET FROM SWEATING YOU WILL BE REALLY WARM EVEN THOU YOU ARE SOAKED IN SWEAT AND IT KEEPS YOU DRY I WORK WITH UNCLOGING SEWER LINES AND IN MUD FIXING WATER LEAKS AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH GETTING IT CLEAN OR BEING COLD THROW IT IN YOUR HOME WASHER AND DRYER AND ITS READY TO USE AGAIN AND AGAIN BUY IT ITS WORTH IT
I have bought insulated coveralls for my husband before, but never with the quality of these coveralls. When I opened the package, I couldn't believe how thick they were, and how well made. I love the reinforced knees and seat. And they wash very well; I haven't noticed any shrinkage or fading. My husband loves them; as a matter of fact, he only wears them if it is extremely cold outside because they are so warm. He now wears his other coveralls for normal cold days. I will definitely buy them again.
I Bought my coverall last week for the sole for motorcycle riding. it has been great! It has been as low as 30 degrees no problem. I love it.. Great deal on the price compare to $200..
These coveralls were purchased as a gift for my husband and are everything I hoped they would be and more. They look terrific. They are nice and soft inside...not scratchy. Extremely warm for wearing in 30 degree weather. The size was a perfect fit. My husband says the quilted interior makes them very comfortable but the weather definitely has to be cold to wear them.
PROS: I stayed warm at -2 to 22 when sun finally came up for 10 hours. Loved the fit, the pockets for tools, and the lower, for relieving oneself, zipper access. CONS: The zippers are not fiber/plastic. I prefer plastic to metal. For the price $49.00 it can't be beat. FREE shipping to store for pick-up.
I purchased this for my husband who works outdoors all day in a suburb of Chicago. We got hit with really cold temps and he was able to work with only a thermal shirt, t- shirt, and a pair of jeans underneath. It has a ton of pockets. He ws very skeptical that he wouldn't have to bundle up like he did before with a regular winter coat, but he was really surprised.
The Blizzard proof coveralls from walls is a very good product that very closely compares to another major brands product that is available at most hardware stores for 40 percent more then "walls" brand. I was more then impressed with the warmth of this suit, I work outdoors over night in Georgia, It does not get terribly cold but when it hit 19 degrees Fahrenheit last week I was not even phased.
I purchased this item because it was considerably less than similar ones at other stores. It's kept me incredibly warm as I frequently work outside. It's very heavy to carry around but when you have it on, the weight is distributed evenly to the point where it feels no heavier than a large coat. The only negative I have against it is that it is kind of restricting in movement because of its thickness but I would trade in a little range of motion for warmth anyday. They also have overalls which is probably better for tasks where you're constantly reaching. Great product, love it, have recommended it to many others.
I purchased these coveralls for my son in law as a Christmas present. As he was trying these on to see if they fit, he unsnapped the sleeve and the snap broke. When he went to exchange them for another pair there were no more in stock. My husband has a pair of these and they have been wonderful. I am just disappointed because they were a present. I would still recommend this product because I know from experience they are usually good. Just check the snaps and zippers before purchasing.
