Fast... enough 7. Lots of free apps 8. Battery doesn't last long.. just take your charger with you. For the price, it's terribly good
I had to change phones due to Metro PCS getting a new tower leaving my phone obsolete. I decided to not spend a ton of money AGAIN on a phone and give this one a try. Knowing nothing about the Alcatel Evolve 2, I was pleasantly surprised. It does everything that my more expensive phone did. I wasn't happy with the girl working in the store the night I went in. She seem bothered, or didn't know how to activate it; so I brought it home and did it online! Piece of cake!!
This phone is a nice phone for the low price. It doesn't have the best camera, and isn't made to take a beating, but it does everything it's asked to do. If you're wanting the top of the line Android phone, this phone's not for you. Yet, if you're wanting a nice phone, for a low price. Take a gamble on this smartphone. My bet is that you won't be disappointed.
The phone works well, very easy to handle, simple instructions and eas to maneuver without reading the little pamphlet. Pressing around, looking at every app is pretty simple, I learned how everything worked just by that. I haven't any problems with it at all so far.
I bought this phone because I lost my last one. I don't want an expensive phone. I have dropped, lost and had my phones go through the washing machine. It is an inexpensive phone and that is just what I wanted. It has lots of features and is alot cheaper than an iphone. I can't imagine paying $500.00 for a cell phone! Features include a 4 inch display, 4 GB memory, front and rear 5 mp camera. Only downside is that its a 3G so the internet is a little slow but thats alright because I don't use it much for the internet anyway. Works great with Walmart Family Mobile. I also had to purchase the Walmart Family Mobile start up kit $25.00 and a 32 GB memory card $11.00. The 2 year warranty was only $5.00, had to have that! I am thinking about purchasing another. I ordered the phone online and saw the advertisement, sign up for a Walmart Mastercard credit card and spend $70.00, get $25.00 off your purchase! Great!! The phone was $10.00. You can't beat that!!!.. .
For the price this phone is good but if you're looking to play apps on the go or use internet at all out of wifi good luck. the service is 50/50. really good in some places and non existent in others. so if you're looking for a phone to throw around and just enough to get by this one is for you.
Absolutely the worst phone ever! It freezes, has no memory space at all, sends multiple text of the same thing, doesn't send text, will not receive pictures.
This phone is the worst. Within my family we have had six Alcatel phones and they are all garbage. They turn on and off all the time on their own, they freeze, does not keep time or date, erases all your contacts and info all the time and most of the time you have to take the battery out to end a call because the screen is black and wont turn on. Walmart should try to find better phones for their customers that pay for reliable phones and service.
Bought two of these for me and hubby. Husband immediately started having problems just answering the phone when it rings. Phone has a slow response. I thought it was him until a couple weeks later when the phone's touch screen started having a slow response. Then it froze completely and stopped responding. Walmart will not take the phone back after 15 days so I had to cancel the service. Don't buy this phone. Might as well have thrown the money in the trash.
I bought this phone as a backup while I wait for my blue studios 5.5 to come back. the original evolve was better and faster, this phone isn't even equal to a flip phone from 1995. pathetic really, it freezes, I can barely text, and it has issues with calls constantly. honestly I would not take this phone is somebody handed it to me for free
