Easy to use. Quality camera. does everything I need it to do.
I bought this phone for my brother and he loves it excelent buy !!.....
I sought this phone for my wife. Let's just say she is hard on phones. I got it for the price, since we have to replace a phone eve 12 to 18 months. To mt surprise it was easy to setup and it is rugged. I am sold on it. I would recommend this for anyone on a budget.
this phone was fine for the first few weeks, despite the horrible camera quality. the front camera is very zoomed and there is absolutely no quality. and the back camera is very bad also, especially outdoors. I've had too many software problems with this cell phone to count. my battery stopped working, we had to send it out to be replaced. after that, the Sim lock had broken and it did not recognize my Sim card which was VERY annoying. there have also been times when I had to completely reset my phone because it did not turn on past the "Alcatel One Touch" screen. there is absolutely NO SPACE on this phone, either. I can't open apps or even receive text messages when I'm low on space. and mind you, the phone says I'm low on space when I have ZERO apps downloaded. and don't even think about using this on a road trip, the service reception is terrible and often lags outside my home. would NEVER recommend.
Worst phone out of box! Expected better from this company! Returned promptly
