I just love the graphics on my new phone.
I've only had the phone for a month and so far it works really good. Great price. I like the size and the clarity of the color. Takes good pictures. Has all the newest features like marshmallow. I recommend it. I don't believe in spending hundreds of dollars on a cell phone. This does alot of the same things as those highly expensive phones do.
I am an LG lover, I've had LG phones with T-Mobile for the past 10+ years. I wanted to cheat on LG, and try something different....sooooo happy I did!
Great phone!
3.5mm jack only works for headphones. Pictures OK. Screenshots are blurred when sent in a text. Memory good for the average user of today. Sample screenshot taken from phone is shown. Returned the phone thinking the problem with the 3.5 mm jack was isolated...2nd phone has same problem. If you don't care about playing music in your car or other devices, then it's an OK phone. Loved the Alcatel Fierce XL... Gonna see if I can just buy another one at a Walmart that may still have it. It's a shame that the upgrade turned out to be a downgrade in performance.
Perfect size phone but not a true value for the money. This phone is a phone for your junior high or high school teen. Not for adults. It's a give away phone. You won't be upset or heartbroken if they lose or break it. Not many features kinda blah phone.
Alcatel phone started having problems where it would start calling people on my contact list when I was not even close to my phone. Also opens up apps and does not allow me to get back to home screen. Also, battery does not come out, so trying to reboot is impossible when in its doing its weird "clicking" stage. Ended up killing phone I was so frustrated.
Won't work with T-Mobile sim card it say please insert T-Mobile sims card there's another phone on website that is exactly the same but $0.99 more and a different bar code made these are flawed.
