I'm happy with the phone can't wait to use it.
Very good smart phone for price. Cheap enough so no need for warranty. Takes SD card for more memory. Would purchase again. My wife and I both have this type phone.
The only real complaint I have when it comes to this phone is that it tends to be a nano second slower than what i am use to and as a millennial that is use to instant gratification it can be a first world annoyance
Bought it for my son and he loves it. Works as it should and is a great starter phone

HORRIBLE
The particular device that I purchased was an epic fail straight out of the box! The device randomly turns on the flashlight/torch during calls, mutes the microphone during calls, turns data on after having turned it off and then will open browsers and apps. Many many more issues as well... I found a few articles online that have indicated that Coolpad has failed to acknowledge that there are "backdoors" on their devices that basically pose a threat to your information security. Fact or not, I personally do not want this kind of potential risk. Having said all of this, I initially tried to reach the manufacturer through the information provided in the user handbook to no avail. The website link listed took me to a Coolpad website in China that didn't even have the Catalyst listed. I had to use a translator to even view the website. The phone number listed supposedly to the US location in California produced 2 results, I was either met by a representative that only spoke Chinese or was instructed to leave my contact information to receive a call back from the company. I left my information multiple times and as of the date of this review, 09/13/2016, have NOT received a call back. Many hours of time spent trying to contact the manufacturer to get troubleshooting done, many headaches, and an EXTREME amount of stress later, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this device to ANYONE!! I hope this helps...
Text messaging sucks. The color schemes and font color make it almost impossible to read the text messages in the sun. Every person is given a random background & font color. One of the most important contacts messaging me was assigned a dark burnt Orange background with black lettering. Another was assigned a green background with yellow lettering with a white shadow outlining the font. Had phone for one day and almost through it in the lake.
This is such a horrible phone to get. randomly shuts on and off major glitching and less then a year shut off and didn't turn back on horrible product to buy I do not recommended this phone avoid it if you can. $60 down the drain
