Bought this for my screened porch. Does not do the job. On highest setting you can barely feel the heat unless you sit directly near it. Not good for what I need. May work fine in a small closed in room but not for an open air porch.
The first one I got there was no mounting pole and no directions, rendering this unusable and hard to get assembled into working condition if it had all the parts. The bottom was also filthy. It had been returned before. And that was the first one I bought, when I exchanged it I got a second one that also had no mounting pole and no directions. Then, I saw the two reviews posted so far. Both saying no mounting pole. I got mine at Big Five. They are great about returns and they didn't hassle me about it, but still, when I looked at the reviews and found this was par for the course on their show and Walmart, it was especially annoying. I have a bad back and an allergy to Styrofoam. We also have a broken furnace currently and it snowed here today and we had winds up over twenty M. P. H., so this has been a lot to deal with when I just want to be functional in the cold! The last thing I wanted was to make two trips to the store for a product that still doesn't work! Don't waste your time!
