Swisher 12019 adapter Warn 86768 plow sp4091 receiver to club car DS So to save about 50% over some turn key plow kits to attach a snow plow to my electric Club Car DS older model with the small front bumper I needed all the parts shown in the subject line. Walmart had the best prices even over Amazon but I had to order the 2 inch receiver direct from mysnowblade though. The one missing part is how to attach this adapter to the receiver, I went with using a 2 inch pipe tee with a 5 inch nipple to the receiver had to square off one end to fit the 2 inch square receiver (may have to have a machine shop do that as you need a press and a big hammer) and two close nipples on the other sides capped off with a 3/4 inch to 2 inch reducers and probably a brass 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch adapter to act as the adapters 5/8 inch shaft end bushings and spacers. So far so good but need to do some drilling to make sure the T does not rotate on plow lift and maybe add a support under the receiver to the club car for support when lifting the plow as the plow and adapter are pretty heavy and do not what to risk bending the club car frame, I am using an electric scissor jack to lift the blade but have not figured out the cable attach points or jack attach points yet. Will also increase receiver to club car bolt diameters for more strength. The adapter was pretty complicated to assemble but seems well made probably too HD for this application. I had to make two 2 inch OD 1/2 ID and 3/8 inch think aluminum spaces to fit the Warn plow to the adapters 1/2 front holes, use thick large washers inside the Warn holes to center the 1/2 inch bolts capped off with a big 2 inch outer washer and will need 2 inch long bolts to properly lock the nuts as the ones supplied are a bit too short. Also longer blade stop bolts are needed with a 3/8 inch spacer and 2 inch bolts to properly make the blade stop for the spring tension. Other than that its easy, he he. I went with the Warn blade as it was $50 less than what Swisher offered and since they did not have a 5 foot wide plow as the club car is a bit less than 5 feet wide so you need a plow wider than your tire width, duh!
