Had 2 locations in a very large house with zero signal. Basement level with 16” thick poured concrete walls and lots of steel and a 12” thick concrete ceiling with more steel. Installed a weBoost in each area. Perfect clear calls and reception works great.
Installer was kind, courteous, and professional. The entire process from order to install was flawless. I kept waiting for the catch thinking “this is just too easy.” No catches, no tricks, the booster works as it should. We went from -119 up to -100 which has made a BIG difference. If you suffer from a weak cell signal, this booster will help.
Great installation had to have to visits because the technicians were willing to let me try it before I committed. Couldn't have asked for better professionalism on their part.
Went from 1 bar in house to 3 to 4. Also get 4G. Now I can make phone calls in house I can make phone calls without going outside.
Very speedy delivery, with installation taking 3 weeks (in rural Wyoming). We are at the cabin in the Big Horn Mtns. for Thanksgiving and both phones have 5 bars! Our provider shut down their cell tower May 30th so we are thrilled to be able to receive and make phone calls again after almost 7 months. Installer said our signal was weak, but weBoost is working very well.
Almost no signal 1 bar to 5 bars! Ontech came on time, in mask, and we discussed about the location of the interior antenna. I wanted the wires to be hidden, they did exactly what we wanted. They located the closest cell tower, discussed with me where the donor antenna going to be. Excellent & professional. My signal was -129dBm, now it's -93dBm ! Just amazing improvement, it's a leap not a step. See my pictures.
The best thing about this weBoost product is, it was installed and I can now forget about it! We have it located on my second floor and it provides increased cell signal throughout the entire house. I can be in the basement, and in my storage rooms, and I still have cell phone coverage. Previously, I got no bars on my phone down there. Our home got almost no signal before the device, and now with the device installed I get at least two bars even in my basement. The installer was great too, he was professional, and gave me multiple options of where we could have the inside antenna installed. He helped us understand how the signal works, where the outside antenna needs to be, and why we most likely had poor signal in our neighborhood. He also showed us the before and after signal strength on his meter. He even showed up to our house on time. Bottom line: the device works as advertised. We had it install a few weeks ago, and it's so nice to have a phone that I can actually use now. I wish I had known about this product and gotten it years ago.
It barely moved the needle on cellular covers. Very disappointed.
The system is unreliable. Sometimes I have 4g, other times 1 bar. I don't think the installer put the receiver in the best place.
