This is by far the BEST glass cook top cleaner. This gets off tough spills easily and brings your cooktop back looking fabulous. I'm a NEAT / Clean freak.... so this stuff does the job great. My local Walmart store stopped carrying it, so I had them ship it (Free ship to Store) and I continue to get it this way. I have a Brand new Glass top Samsung stove top and this beats the lousy spray any day.
Before I was only wiping it down with water and dish soap and followed it with polish, but still the food remained until I found this. This a miracle worker.
These kinds of heavy-duty paste products to clean oven tops are hard to find, and expensive. This stuff is fairly priced. My only complaint: you did not have this in your store. That is no good. You have the liquid stuff so you should stock this also.
This product really works great on glass stove tops. When we bought a house for our daughter a glass top stove came with it. In spite of our best efforts to clean it, it always looked dull and scratched with permanent cooked on spills . I had purchased this product for my own new glass top stove so decided to try it on hers. I had to work at it a bit but when I was through there was a 1000 times improvement. It removed the cooked on spills; the stove top looked nearly new again and was brilliantly shiny! Very satisfied; highly recommend this product
MEAN STUFF! Cleans the worst gunk off your cooktop that other cleaners can't get. It feels "industrial" because it's so thick and pasty, and has a strong smell. A little goes a long way. Wear gloves when using. But I had these annoying "brown rings" around the burners that wouldn't go away, even with the liquid Weiman cleaner. This got rid of them! Comes with a great scrubber sponge. Good stuff
My husband cooked spaghetti on my new glass cooktop and forgot it was on the stove! When he returned, the foamy water had boiled over and was cooked into the surface. I panicked and tried every product I knew of to remove the horrible, bumpy stain but nothing worked! A friend suggested the Weinman Cooktop Cleaner Max with the special scrubber included. I worked on it for a while and noticed some improvement. I continued using this product for two days and my glass cooktop is good as new!!! I was so worried that i was going to have to live with that ugly mess until we needed a new stove again. Im so glad my friend suggest Weinman’s. It’s worth its weight in gold!!!
Although it didn't do exactly what I needed it to do, it worked ok. After I finished cleaning off the container and wiping it off I finally gave it a try. The packaging was terrible. it leaked inside the package like it was thrown on my porch. It was a messy clean-up. Yes, I took pics of the mess.
My glass cooktop looks shinier but the scratches and some residue still remain. The instructions were not clear on which side of the included pad to use. I finally searched YouTube and noticed on a commercial the red site was being used but on another YouTube video created by another purchaser I noticed he also used the wrong side of the pad. At least once a week I find my self boiling water, sauce, etc over and then having to clean up the mess and so far I can't find anything that actually removed the marks. It almost seems like at this point they are embedded into my stove.
Has the most horrible smell. Was hard like a cake and did not perform well. I have used many of the Weiman's products and they always perform well and smell pleasant - this product was the worst you can imagine. Smells like dead fish!
Bought this to try. I usually buy the kit with the razor scraper. That is what I'll be going back to. This stuff did absolutely nothing. Didn't even look like I had tried to clean it. Horrible product. Don't waste your money. Didn't even clean off the water spots.
