[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this frig before Christmas and got it in May after one delay. I had to have a particular size and I wanted a freezer in the bottom. I love it , but the only downside was the time it took to get it and it did not come in black. I had to get stainless.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last month, I purchased a refrigerator, and it was a fantastic discovery. Our entire kitchen is now equipped with Whirpool appliances.
I've had this refrigerator for a couple weeks and so far it has met or exceeded my expectations. The freezer self-closes when the drawer is within a couple inches of being closed which is a nice feature since there's no alarm. After raising the front of the refrigerator high enough with the leveling legs, the refrigerator door closes on its own from a standstill at 90 degrees open (so no need for an alarm). The kitchen bar stools are just a couple feet from the refrigerator, and it's quiet enough that it's hardly noticeable when sitting at the kitchen bar. I've not installed the water line to the ice maker yet so can't comment on it's performance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this refrigerator.. I love it.. the door storage is AMAZING! And the split adjustable shelves in a 33" wide refrigerator is what I need! Had a French door with a bottom freezer prior to this.. the shelves were all one.. not split and limited on where you could adjust them too. I had a single door refrigerator like this before the French door one and I loved that too but I died after 17 yrs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this Whirlpool refrigerator about a month ago & couldn't be happier…so much storage & bright LED interior makes it easy to find items. It runs quietly, temperature settings keep my produce fresh for longer than expected, ice maker is substantial. The freezer is huge but I wish the freezer baskets were solid sides instead of open metal baskets (just in case something leaks) but drawers open smoothly. There is no “open door” alarm sensor & the fridge door does not hinge closed, so you must remember to push door shut fully but it really doesn't take much time to get used to that. Overall, a great price point for a beautiful well made “no frills” refrigerator with generous storage & noticeably quiet operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator took a while to get but it is one of the only ones to fit in our available spot. I love the freezer on the bottom. It is very roomy with a great open shelf layout. I only wish they had it in black.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The upper refrigerator I'm very happy with. I do wish there was one more bin in the right side of the door that could tilt outward. The freezer I have a problem with. The deep bottom bin is fine but I wish the divider went all the way down to bottom of the basket so my food would not slide through. The upper basket is confusing. The divider that runs from left to right is useless. It's permanently fixed. You can't adjust it or remove it and all! It's a waste of useful space. I could fit so much more on the upper rack with out it.
Bought this frig in Nov 2019. Happy with the style, love the frig on top and freezer on bottom. Good design. Overall, it's a good frig, but it is noticeable that quality is lacking compared to refrigerator we purchased 20 years ago. Deli, fruit and veggie drawers aren't as sturdy as previous frig. Overall we are happy with our new Frig. This is our first top/bottom unit. Having the refrigerator on top make it so much easier to find things inside, no more down on your knees looking on the bottom shelf. We like the clear drawers and glass shelves, it is so easy to see everything. The extra room on the door for large items like a gallon of milk is great.. A few dislikes, you have to be careful of the ice maker when you are in the freezer. When you have the drawer open, ice can still drop and drop into the bottom of the freezer, you then need to fish out the cubes from from the bottom. I think there would be some way to tell the ice maker to stop cycling when the drawer is open. The set screws on the handle could be hidden better. Concern with bottom drawer, if you do not pull directly from center handle, the drawer moves unevenly and makes a clicking sound. We were told this is a common issue with bottom drawer units.
