I ordered August 24th, my check cleared the bank on the 29th and here it is September 18th and no filter and lines are too busy to take my call.
I enjoy the easiness of delivery of the filters, it saves time searching for the filter information and previous replacement date. The water and ice-cubes always taste fresh. I use my filtered water freely assured of taste and purity.
I will order this product again. Price was great and service was fast. The only thing is that when I replaced the original one with the new one, when I get water from my fridge it makes a loud and different sound. It took more then a gallon of water to run through the new filter to get clear water.
We flushed the filter with more than the recommended 3 Gallons of water and still had cloudy water for a week. We are daily users of our refrigerator water so I was disappointed at first. Now that it has cleared up we are happy. Will try one more time with hope to see better results
It took quite a few uses to have the water tasting the same as with the first filter. After a week of use all seems fine. Is easy to install.
The first filter was great. Then we ordered a second one and had to go through a gallon of water for the water to become clear. Now if you don't use it for a couple of hours, the first glass of water is cloudy. I don't like wasting water and having to cycle through 15 ounces of water each time to get a clear glass of water.
So disappointed! Ordered a 2-pack. Changed filter - water flow slowed dramatically! It shouldn't take 4-5 minutes (literally) to fill my water bottle. Chalked up to faulty filter. Replaced it with the second one from my 2-pack - SAME THING!!!! Thought that the water line might be clogged but tried removing the filter and 4-5 minutes turned into less than 20 seconds. Won't be putting this filter in my fridge again. PS - EveryDrop: Please do not feel you have to post the computer-generated response about "Thank you for your message and call us." Will no longer be wasting my hard-earned money. #CustomerLost
DON'T BUY!!!!! They last about 2 weeks then the flow goes down by at least half. I use the dispenser on my fridge and when you first install it, it is pretty close meaning dispensing 16 ounces is close to 2 cups in the measuring cup. It's now 2-3 weeks after installing it and when I set the dispense measurement to 22 ounces I only get one cup. When the flow is that low the ice maker then doesn't work properly. I think these are knockoffs. The packaging was not from Kitchenaid as I expected. I should not have to pay $50 a month for a filter!!!!!!
I bought this 2 months ago and the water flow was great too start, but now is down to a trickle. There's no way we went through the gallons of water to already reach the life of the filter. This is the third one that had performed this way. Very disappointed at it's performance considering how expensive it is.
Ever since we changed to this filter, water comes out cloudy. It clears up after sitting in a glass, but makes you not want to drink it.
