This fish was disgusting. It was inedible. I made a lovely lemon, garlic, purple onions, dill, parsley and butter sauce. Did both sides of the steaks with pink Himalayan salt as recommended online. Covered the top with the above sauce and baked for 10 minutes at 400 degrees on parchment paper. The sauce was lovely but the swordfish tasted like it was old and so fishy we could not eat it. $16 worth of fish in the trash. There were 4 steaks and we tried each one to see if maybe just one package was bad but it was all horrible! Do not buy this fish!!
