This is a good choice to mix things up a bit for a side dish instead of the same old thing. Tastes good and good for you!
This is a nice change from regular white or brown rice. My favorite way to cook it is to add chopped garlic, olive oil and either chicken bouillon or chicken broth (instead of water) into the rice cooker. The result so flavorful!
