works like its suppose to.......good pictures.....no problems with the camera
It works great and customer service was great.
I purchased two of these about 1 1/2 weeks ago from Wal-Mart. Place both out on feeder locations. Returned a week later and found the first camera had 18 photos on it. Viewing on the wild game VU50 hand held viewer. Photo quality is better on my I phone or computer. Hand held does not have the best quality but its not to bad. Moved to the other placement and only one photo was on the camera and that was me looking at the camera just then. All the feed was gone so there had to be motion for the sensor. I noticed my first camera setting had a Sensitivity of high and this one was Med. So I re set it for High returned the next day and had several photos on it. I tried to register for the warranty on line but the Wildgame site does not have this unit listed in the warranty registration drop down, I tried calling them but there 1800 847 8269 number would not answer and no recording. So I mailed the registration in snail mail. So far it does what it should and if they continue to operate this way I will be satisfied. There is a lot of bad reviews on this product elsewhere. If they fail I will try and get replacements under warranty or just return to Wal-Mart.
I've actually had this camera for about a year but had problems making it work at first so I put it back in the box until I had more time to mess with it. I should have taken it back to the store right then. I did get it to work once a couple weeks ago but now it only takes a couple pictures that are not readable then it quits altogether. Also now when I try to shut it off the LCD just gives a quick flash then nothing. I've read the manual so many times I know it by heart and I've changed the batteries three times with no help. JUNK!!!
Received camera, did not work! Tried to return to Walmart, they wouldn't take it. They told me to go to VMInnovations (distributor), they told me to go to Wildgame innovations. Still waiting on them, it has been almost three weeks. This is officially a hot potato. It looks like I am earning my eighty dollars twice. ounce to buy it, second to get a working camera.
After seeing mixed reviews I decided to try my luck with it because of price and my Walmart doesn't have much of a selection. I have a fox close to my chicken coop and wanted to see What was going on. Most of the pics were white outs. The pics that weren't were so blurry that I couldn't tell what was on them. Even the pics of me going to look at the camera the next day were horribly blurry. I took the camera back and got a bushnell that works awesome. I'll never get another wild game anything. My friend has a primos that cost half the money that takes better pics
Recently took up deer hunting picked this camera up because it came with the card, batteries and was 10MP got home and set it up and put the card in my digital camera to find it was locked and couldn't view the photos so I had another card that we used with our digital camera that had over 2,000 family photos from over the years of birthdays and holidays and if people that had passed, so I was thinking the card was faulty I inserted mine with all the pictures on it to check it later and have 3 white washed photos and all my family pics had been deleted please dont buy this camera!!
i purchased this yesterday oct 17 2016 put it out last night caught a coyote i think about 20 yards at 2am picture was so blurry and washed out could not tell a Deer at 5am same thing would stay away from this cam taking it back today Wildgame usually has a good product this is not one of them stay clear
Bought cam everything worked as it should, 1 month into season. Went out to check my SD cards. Camera was full of water, returned it for warranty. New cam was sent. Placed same location. No water this time. But only 3 pics were taken over a 5 week period. Batterys are good, all the settings check out. Next week 1 picture. So i took it down, placed next to my moultrie. Where i knew there were hundreds of photos being snapped. Waited a week. Went out 5 pictures. Over 5000 on the moultrie right next to it.
