Does not include very good instructions. Difficult to figure out which arm goes on which side so it does not become lopsided. Also does not tighten well when adjusting height. It has collapsed twice. Not happy with this purchase.

When item was packaged they put in two left arms instead of a right and a left. We had to return it.
