Bought for daughters for Chirstmas. Had it shipped to work coworkers loved it. My girsl will be crazy over it. It is so life like and soft where most robotic animals are hard these are really soft and cuddly. So cute. I recommend them to anyone who has kids that enjoy animals.
My daughter seen the commercial on TV for the Wow Wee Alive and wanted the Panda Bear. They are so adorable. She carries hers around with her all day long and then takes it to bed with her. She just loves it. If you squeeze the ear you can change the volume of the animal.
This Panda was a lovely surprise for my 3 1/2 year old grand daughter. She loves it! It has become a companion and a responsibility for her. She keeps him with her and even thinks she's supposed to feed him; it's really cute and turned out to be "A lovely surprise" to me. I'd recommend it anytime.
Bought this for my daughter for Christmas...she wanted the fur real panda but this was more economical. She Luvs it! She has a bazillion stuffed animals, some of which are robotic and this one suits her fine for cuddling and luving on it while it makes its little sounds. if you have a panda fan they will like this!
Amazing! This thing is so alive, it's almost real. And while most mechanical toys can feel bulky and hard, this manages to stay soft & sqeezable. I highly reccommend it.
This toy is as discribed but the only complaint is it makes a loud mechanical noise when it moves that takes away from the childs experience of it being like a real animal.
I bought this for my nine year old daughter as a Christmas present. She loves panda's and I thought an "alive" panda would be the perfect gift. For her it was. She loves it and couldn't put it down. At first she thought the "panda sounds" that it makes sounded like a goat until she saw a online video about pandas. The only complaint she has about her panda is the robotic sounds it makes when the mouth or eyes move. Take note that there is a volume control for the panda sounds located in one of the ears. Sorry, no volume for the robotic sounds.
I was expecting a lot more action and motion with the animal. The panda does not make many movements with eyes or mouth and basically that is all it does beside make a few animal noises and snore. Way too expensive for the few responses it does. I would not waste my money on another one nor would I recommend anyone else to buy one at this price. $30-$35 would have been a more reasonable price.
My daughter loved her WowWee alive panda. I bought it for her birthday. The movements are smooth and the body is soft and cuddly, not hard like some of the other robotic plush toys; however, the sounds of the motor seem to almost drown out the animal sounds of the toy. This is a nice toy however I'm not sure if it is worth the price. I have seen other similar robotic plush toys for less money.
My three year old daughter repeatedly asked for this as a Christmas present. Walmart had the best price I could find on it but it was still pricey considering what it does- not much! The fur is rough and has begun falling out in spots after less than a week and I need to let you know that it has not been played with. I didn't look at the age suggestion on the box, but I don't know that it would be much fun for a child of any age. I have four children- 18 months to 14 years- and they all thought it was cute but none have played with it except to move it out of the way. It doesn't sit up so unless your holding it, it just lies there.
