Was easy to put together. The chair is comfortable, and when I sat in it pink floyd was playing through my son's ipod - the speakers are really good! My son has mentioned several times how he really likes the chair. Definitely a good buy.
it's fine, maibe the best from others. sound is really good. the material is strainge cause its not leather but my back always sweting. hand support really pelpful. the main + is sound! iwas researching in walmart online store and i think this chair probably the best.
I had gotten this product for my boyfriend, and at first when i came we werent really sure about it, but as we sat down and read the easy-to-follow instructions to put it togehter, we started to feel a little better about it. Now he uses it everytime he plays, and he thanks me all the time for getting it for him :) Which makes me happy. The only thing we had problems with was how to connect it to wireless, but after a while we finally figured it out, wasnt that hard to begin with :)
Well first i have to say this game chair is amazing. I thought it was going to be just some chair, but its not, its very comfortable. The speakers are outstanding quality. I played my xbox360 on it and the surround sound makes you inside the game. I was looking for a home theater system, but they wouldnt work on my tv. So then i thought of this, and im so happy i bought this and not a 5.1 speaker system. I payed $90 for this, and its so worth the money. GO AND BUY THIS NOW!!
I am a middle aged man who enjoys online racing, playing music. n watching movies on my PC.recently i purchased the x rocker to whopefully enhance my gaming experience.i wasnt dissapointed.the chair is very comfortable,was easy to assemble,the sound of this chair is comparable if not better than my home theater system,it also works well with my racing cockpit that a friend of mine built.the only downfall i see is there needs to be a locking mechanism to prevent it from rocking if needbe
Were it not for the ridiculously short power cord, I would have no complaints about this chair whatsoever. It's a lot more comfortable that I had expected, especially when on the swivel base. The speakers sound fantastic, and make gaming much more intense and engaging. The wireless transmitter is so easy to set up that I've got wires set up to plug into it on the TV in our living room, the TV in my computer room, and my computer. All it takes is switching the transmitter to a different set of wires, which is cake, as you can just use a headphone jack instead of having to get behind your entertainment center. Do yourself a favor and get an extension cord, but otherwise, you're in for a real treat with this chair. I would certainly recommend this purchase.
When I bought this chair the wireless worked for a couple of days. I called the number on the manual, and they sent me another reciever, but that only worked for about an hour. So now I am returning the chair for another. If I recieve another chair that wont work wireless I will just use the wires because this chair is worth it! If you have a game system I highly recommend it. I have a PS3 and I played Dead Space with this chair and I almost wet myself, this chair is great!!!!
This is a great seat and it is not just for gaming but understandably it is marketed for that purpose. It's a great addition to a home theater set-up also. I am a "big-boned" kinda guy and my Mom always told me I was just a little chubby...which translates from a caring Mother to mean you're a fat little kid and hopefully all that baby fat will fall off as you mature. Alas...it did not. But this seat supports my size and weight wonderfully without so much as a whimper. Swivel...no prob. Tilt? With ease and strong to hold up for a long time of active gaming and not-so-active lounging. Speakers...one reviewer has actually called them by the "Bose" brand...I cannot verify that but the sound that emits from both sides of your head and the subwoofer placed just south of the backside of your bellybutton makes for some good tunage as you manipulate that 6 axis controller opening up can after can of Whoop-Em on the bad guys from the 4 corners of the world. I can easily hear the minuscule (and very rare) grinding of the gears in my hot-rod Camaro as I leave the Alfas and Masaratis in my dust racing out of the canyons and up the I-15 to Vegas. I've heard macaws squawkin' off one shoulder in Drake's Fortune while a distant sparrow sings in my other ear. The wireless thing works as it should and if I had to find one thing to complain about, it would be the battery in the transmitter thing. But...one reviewer enlightened me to a 3v DC adapter that would take care of that and I will probably snag one of those if I can find one. Seems pretty durable. I've had mine for a while and the only thing I can see is the arms may need a little snugging again but this is being a might persnickety at best. The seat is great...sits well...swivels all the way around if I needed such a feature and it's comfortable for extended periods of play. Just me I guess but I could never see the comfiness (is that a word?) of a game seat that sat flat on the floor with your knees above your ears. This seat was well-thought out and it delivers what you want in a gaming chair at a decent value for your hard-earned mid-recession dollars.
I was nervous about buying this chair for my 20 year old. I've read other reviews that stated that there were missing parts. I too experianced that. The first one I bought, we were missing 3 parts. We brought it back and requested an even exchange. The store clerck opened the box to verify all parts were present. My son loves the chair. I recommend that you request the box to be opened to verify the parts list. My son's words "sick", "awesome" "amazing"
After reading almost 40 5-star review I thought I had found the perfect video chair. After waiting for Site-To-Store and dragging the thing home, we couldn't attach the base to the chair because the pipe was too small. It would only wobble. Called the phone # on the side and got a recorded message. Just a very frustrating experience and wanted to share. Off to find something else.
