Delivered on time and great customer service!
Works like the original Xbox one power cable so far. The white light on the surge protector block is not as bright as the original but still shows a white light when on and orange when off. Cheaper than buying from Microsoft and bonus free 2day shipping from Wal-Mart. Happy camper hrre.
The adapter came in a little early and I plugged it right in with no issues. It's been a month since delivery and the Xbox one is working perfectly. Thanks for the review process and all of the recommendations.

Bought this as a replacement for my original Xbox One power brick and it works great. It's super quiet and works just like the original. Would recommend.

Overall, we are happy, but power supply has a noticeable fan noise. Sometimes, after powering down the Xbox One, the supply fan will stay on indefinitely, and we have to unplug it and then plug it back in again to get it to stop.
Bought the "suggested" power cord because this one shows no power cord in the photo and doesn't mention it. It actually comes with one so now I have to send the other one back. It is also loud like other reviews say but we'll deal with it. It works.
When I got the product today as soon as I plugged it in to the wall outlet it blew out it sounded like fireworks and it had a smell in my room
I got this adapter and hooked it up; the light was green and the fan was on. My Xbox One powered up and I knew it worked and then turned it off. The next time I went to use my Xbox One, it would not turn on. The light on the adapter was red and the fan was not on. I don't have an exact time, but I'd say the product worked for about 24 seconds and never worked again. There are other reviews that pretty much say the same thing. This is a piece of garbage, do not buy it.
